***Getting Loved Ones Saved/Praying in Tongues ***Prayer is a big focus in seeing souls saved, including Our Loved Ones***Praying in English of course is what we all do, but praying in tongues is also a way for the Spirit to Pray through us to reach their lives***"Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them." (Hebrews 7:25) The Lord Himself is involved in intercession for us and since He is concerned about our needs I'm sure He knows our hearts towards our Loved Ones***trusting the Lord to save our loved ones (praying) includes Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, so when we pray in tongues I believe the Spirit is also reaching out to them...
Depleted - It is not YOUR job to 'get people saved'. It is God's job to save people. It is your job to live like Jesus lives, love like Jesus loves, pray like Jesus prays. It is your job to keep the door open for loving discussions with these people you are talking about.
You are the vessel, the temple of God You save souls by the spirit that is in you. you cannot approach the wicked on their terms and in their enviroment . They will talk their talk, leading you away from a Godly conversation which you ought to approach them with.Love is a lot more than you think. to save a soul ,you must tell them about themselves that they may open their eyes to the truth. that is more love than being just kind. we believers already know how to be that way.
