It says in James, "You ask, and receive not, because you ask amiss that you may consume it upon your own lusts."
So many times we ask and never receive. This is so clear why. I see many posting about asking for things. Clearly they have lust in their hearts. Thanks for this refreshment.
Precious friend, you do
realize, of course, that According to
God's Precious Word Of Truth,
there are
Also These Following Distinctions:
James 1:1 AV to "the twelve tribes of Israel",
they have the "consume it upon
your own lusts" unanswered prayer,
According to Christ on
earth, in line With:
Prophecy/Covenants/Law, to Israel,
they were to 'pray' as Christ taught the
Twelve, Correct?:
However:

:
The Body Of Christ, Today,
Under Grace, According To "The Revelation Of The Mystery"
From Christ, In Heaven, we have:
we Are Exhorted to, Without 'anxiety' to "...Make our requests known Unto God!"
compare
our 'pattern' Paul,
praying three times for his "thorn in the flesh", and
God's Answer?:
"And
He [ Christ ] Said Unto me,
My Grace Is Sufficient For thee: for
My Strength Is Made Perfect
in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities,
That The Power Of Christ
May Rest Upon me." (
2 Corinthians 12:8-9 AV)
And FurtherMore, At The Same Time, God "Teaches":
Concerning our infirmities, we "know Not" what to pray "as we ought,"
But
"The Spirit Intercedeth FOR us, According To The Will Of God!..."
(Romans 8:26 AV!)
Amen?
