Hey everybody! I'm a 19 year old Marine from western Illinois. Yes, I'm a farmboy. I'm a 0811 Artillery Cannoneer. So, to put it simply, I shoot cannons (howitzers). I'm stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC. I've already have done a deployment to Afghanistan. I like to read, play video games, watch good movies ( I would like to make sure there is an emphasise on the word "good"). I'm single, if anyone cares about that fact. I'm my battery's Lay Leader which is a Marine that acts like a chaplain. Honestly, that's all for now, if you have any more questions feel free to ask.

God bless you for all you do for your country and for the people that live in it! I'm so glad you're here! There are many people who love to chat just about everything! There is no doubt in my mind you'll feel right at home...

I have a question for you...So, I was looking on line for places where I could become a pen pal for people in the military, specifically those who are based out of the U.S., but only found "love connection" type of sites, which I'm not interested in. Do you know of any programs that support electronic "pen pals" for you and your military brothers and sisters? If you do, would you mind filling me in on what you know and where I can access more info? I'd appreciate it!

My brother was a marine. He was in Afghanistan for a while too.
