Hello Everyone. I have been looking for a chat room where there isn't a lot of trash and luckily I found this one. It's really hard trying to live in this world nowadays. There is so much garbage bombarding us every day, it's nice to find a place where you can have a conversation with someone without a lot of nonsense. Please bear with me as I am still learning this site.
I have been a Christian for 20+ years and every day I learn something new about the Lord. He is the most wonderful friend I could ever have and he saved my life (literally). I lived a very rebellious life in my younger days and should have been dead many times over. I believe his protecting hand was upon me during that time and for that I am eternally grateful. I wish I had enough time to tell my testimony but it would end up being a book. All I can say is that Jesus is the best thing that has ever happened to me and he has brought me through some pretty rough times over the years. But those times have made me a stronger Christian and greatly increased my faith. I have read a lot of negativity on this site and would like to see some positive threads. The Christian life is supposed to be one of joy and peace but I don't sense that on some threads. I sense a lot of hurting people out there. Sounds like the devil is on a rampage because he knows his time is short - I believe the Lord is sitting on the edge of his throne waiting for the Father to say "go get them".
