I have uncovered some secretes of my husband that we thought were buried in the past only to find out he is still an addict all while proclaiming to be a christian i am heart broken and at a lost. as a christian wife i know what the right thing to do is, but he doesn't seem to want to follow my lead, please pray that God will send me the strength and words I need to get through to him, this has really made our marriage rocky and i am dealing with a lot of health issues as well as personal right now but this addiction is tearing me up God Bless you all

Thank you Father for delivering him from this and giving our sister peace, you are able Lord
In Jesus name amen

Abba, we know that we can do nothing, but You are able to do all things.
Please sustain Chelle as she walks through this valley, and so for her husband.
Please reveal Your Son to this man, for You said we will be like Him when we see Him as He is.
I know now we see as in a mirror darkly (1 Cor. 13:12), yet it is enough. To know You in part is all we need in this life; if it were not so, You would make things different.I believe in You, Lord, and believe that if he sees Jesus, this will be all he needs. Only You can reveal Your Son to us, so I ask that You do that.
Strengthen this family in Your love, Lord God. For Jesus' sake. Amen! Let it be so.

1Cor 13: 4,8,13
" Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant,Love never fails; but if there are gifts of prophecy, they will be done away; if there are tongues, they will cease; if there is knowleBut now faith, hope, love, abide these three; but the greatest of these is love.dge, it will be done away."

1Cor 14:1 "Pursue love, yet desire earnestly spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy."

1Cor 16:14 " Let all that you do be done in love."

1Cor 13:1 " If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but do not have love, I have become a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal"

Quote " but he doesn't seem to want to follow my lead" thing about this?

Jesus lead by His love, only and only by the Spirit of the Lord who lead and convict sin and His love covers multitude of sin.
" It not by power and it not by might but it is by my Spirit says the Lord "

Praying for your husband, chellbee, that he will realize that he has an addiction and decide that he wants to do something about it.

Praying for strength, patience, guidance, and forgiveness for you.....I know it must hurt to be lied to; and that the evil one and his helpers will be bound from influencing him.
