The Lord has led me to divorce my husband for reasons of abuse and non-repentance. Today I attempted to schedule a time to bring him the papers and he says he's refusing to sign. I don't understand. He blows me off if he see's me, yet he refuses to sign the papers.
 
If you post a thing in the paper for 7 days (any newspaper) so make sure its one he wont see and he doesn't respond you can divorce him. Check into it.
 
have the police serve him the papers. that is normally what they do around here.
