You probably should be more specific. All mankind, living and dead, is subject to upcoming judgement by God. Jesus Christ's atoning sacrifice is the only means to appease God's righteous punishment for sin.

This doesn't mean that Islamists and Buddists are necessarily unpleasant people, per se. But if these religions are relied upon for being restored to the One, True, Holy God, the religions are illegitimate and evil, for they do not and will not deliver their adherents what is promised.
