I don't believe in ghosts but.......has anything really weird/spooky ever happened to u ?

my mum was well studied in this field, Also she was well educated by quite a few people in the church regarding the unknown and there traits habits desires wickedness abilities and deviant ways in which they can trick s person.
A similar story was reported and quite clearly the individual was being attacked and visited by wickedness,
What stood out the most here was mentioning that a ghost looked shocked that it was seen.
As this was one of the tails that my mum had been given knowledge about
The person then believed that they had been given a special gift from God so that she could see ghosts and demons.
The story does get a whole lot worse but one day she finally came to her senses through reoccurring deceiving.
But from the day she believed a ghost had been shocked she had seen them was the first day of a long time of this poor lady being deceived.
If only she had been on good hands to receive good advice she could have saved herself a life long time of needless effort fighting unnecessary deceiving situations which ripped the whole family apart.
But really the truth is there is only wicked spirits that would do this as ghosts as in human ghosts we are forbidden to try and communicate with them, secondly all human spirit either go to one place or the other when they pass
So all that remains in this world is either angels visiting or wicked spirits not human.
An angel could appear as human but an angel would not want to look surprised you could see them.
Which leaves only a wicked spirit not a ghost that would do this

Which came first for you ? your sister communicating with spiritual forces or you turning to christ.
Or When was the very first time you saw a demon was it before you came to Christ as in before you where old enough to truly know what was happening ?.
I may add that people being more spiritually sensitive to seeing demons may not be completely accurate, as i see it as why would one person in the lord be more spiritually sensitive than the next person in the lord, but also because lets say, why would this gift be given to one person but not the other, especially when so many people are under the influence of satan in this world.
As the signs that wicked forces tempt everyone in this world at some point and the signs that many are tempted at once.
God can be everywhere because God is everything.
But Satan Can not be everywhere at once to tempt people, therefore this leaves a high possibility that spiritual wicked beings are many in this world.
So why shouldn't all Christians be sensitive to see them ?
That said it's highly unlikely anybody would have a spiritual gift or be more sensitive to see them.
Somebody saying I am more sensitive is like saying I have been given a spiritual gift to see demons.
Also my friend and friends here it would be more of a case of the wicked beings is deceiving such person.
It's a bit like your story, first the demon looks at you with a surprised look and communicates with you, and it's happy because you've believed you could see it by your own means, the reason it's happy is because it's deceived you, you may not think the surprised demon communicated with you but you would be wrong it did.
Then once it knows it can deceive a person once, it will do it over and over again,
More than likely such a person will never truly know all the times in which they have been deceived, or may never listen to sound advice because of how much such a persons thoughts may have been manipulated over time.
Well I didn't begin to see demons until I came to Christ I had heard a ghost speak at a haunted inn before I was saved but as far as actual demons appearing that didn't happen until I came to Christ I can even walk into a room and sense a presence in the room and boy do those demons have this intense anger and hatred you can feel where the demon is standing even if you don't see it they truly hate us believers
I have also seen an anggel once before so basically I was sort of sensative to the spiritual world before I was saved but once I was saved suddenly it is like my spiritual eyes and senses were greatly enhanced
I don't know why some believers are given that and others don't but it isn't always a good thing you are often under heavy spiritual attacks in this way as well it isn't just seeing them sometimes they attack you hold you down wanting to tear you appart unable to move and only the name Jesus can fight them off
My sister has always wanted to see what I do but she is not a Christian and invited the demon by playing around with things she shouldn't I banished the demon back to hell for her but she was so excited to speak to it that she invited it in her apartment
In both cases I would say the trickery is evident.

But really here you should only look at the traits, which is a demon has every intension of keeping a person under there influence there whole life.

Well as far as deception it depends on if if I was decieved which really my sister was the one who opened a door and was decieved, me I sometimes go under spiritual warfare which is why we need the armor of God because it really is true that we don't fight flesh we are in a spiritual war as believers.
What they don't want is for the believer to understand the authority they have in Christ we have dominion over them if we stand in that authority sometimes only the name Jesus can banish them but most of the time we have the authority to send them back to hell like I did for my sister
I have even been attacked by satan himself several times the last time I was attacked by him he told me I wasn't strong enough typical tactic of his but I proved him wrong and even laughed at him
THe seeing and hearing ghosts thing was before I was saved I didn't see demons in their actual forms back then, though I do wonder why some believers are more prone to being able to see and sense them while others can go their whole lives not experiencing this. It isn't like I am any more special than the next Christian so what makes one able to see sense and fight these things while others have no idea what the supernatural is like?
I mean the bible speaks of it all the time warns about it tells how to guard and fight against it but not everyone has to deal with it at least not on the scale I have seen.
But I did learn some things from it all I learned the power the name Jesus has against them I learned the authority we have in Christ over them and I learned they use the same tactics like you have mentioned
It's depends if God sees it as your sister being deceived. (.i don't think so). God would see it as your sister not being at fault for being deceived
Your sister may have been not that knowledgeable of God's statues, or may have been tempted with something like contact the spiritual world and you will see wonderful things or it will be amazing for you to talk to a ghost and see one.
And she may well have been tempted to do it by the very demon that suddenly just started to communicate with her via the board thing. Or mirror whatever was used.
Its.mote than likely you saw ghosts because, ( but the would have been demons) as a kid because they may have been attacking your family for generations, probably they could have also done your family a lot of damage to through out history.
There aim is Divide the family by what ever means. It usually starts by them targeting the weakest link, ( The cowards that they are ).
But it would not be good for you to think it's a generation curse.
But really in this world we in the lord all need each other to support each other.
We can not do it alone as in face this menace by our own.

Had the same experience. Shades in the Darkness, Hair standing on end/ being woken suddenly. Dark oppression. Dispelled at the mighty name of Jesus. Not new for those in Christ {Eph 6:12} and being attacked is part of the Walk/ Jouney.
One should never take what they say as fact as they are consummate liars who use their intelligence as a weapon rather than an organ to find truth. Everything they say, when not an outright lie is intended to deceive.
I would not say people who experience more manifestations of demons are more sensitive. I would say they are more vulnerable. When I was in the occult I heard it said that those who have more premonitions and such were "sensitive" but that implied that they were more gifted. Instead they were more like someone who had been groomed by an abuser.

It's wise that you hold fast to God's truth and don't feel fear despite these unusual occurrences. While the Bible speaks of a spiritual realm beyond our typical understanding, it doesn't support the idea of restless human spirits causing such things. Discernment is important. Rather than trying to explain every strange event, I find peace in focusing on God's absolute sovereignty and protection over everything, whether we understand it or not. Trust His power above all.
Hi Suze! Keep in mind G-d is supernatural, the more we are conformed to the Image of the Son the more of His supernatural events will we experience, Dreams, visions, Words of Knowledge, Holy Spirit guidance, etc.
The stuff moving thing is new to me, you may be a lot farther along than I?

The Holy Spirit is depicted as a dove or fire or wind in the Christian bible
The term Holy ghost is an older translation, however whilst ghost can refer to spirit, that's all it is, a referral
