I'm too tired to write the whole story, besides I've told it before. I haven't been on here in forever, but I have no one to talk to tonight. I'm depressed, lonely and can't see past the weekend in terms of going back to college. I'm alone, and no one cares how I am or what I feel. My life gets a little darker everyday and its wearing me down. There is such a big empty space where my life should be, where love should be, but there isn't any. If I had the kind of relationship with God that I'm supposed to have I wouldn't be in this place right now. I don't want to die, but other choice is there? My life is gone already. There is nothing for me to do, life doesn't ever get any better, it only gets worse from here. I hate being me. Sorry if this sounds pathetic because it is. I'm just so tired of not being able to measure up. No matter what, I don't think I can make it without someone to just CARE ALREADY! Is it too much to ask to be loved? What's wrong with me? I can't feel Jesus' love from way down here. I just want to be loved.

Hey, what talk is that? I don't know you, but I love you because you're my sister in God, I believe! There are times when we can't feel the love of Jesus but that might be just because we're too busy caring about ourselves (if you're busy caring about you, Jesus won't feel welcome to your life). He loves you, it's a fact NOTHING can't change, or He wouldn't have died for you. See you're life as a blessing because of the sacrifice of a innocent one, better, THE innocent One. He could have chosen not to die. He could have chosen not to suffer. But He did, so that you and me could live. Don't ever say your life is getting worse. Infact, it might be pretty well, because: 1- you have a life; 2- you haven't been murdered for those ones you came to save; 3- someone died so that you could be here; 4- there are so many reasons, I would spend the entire night telling you.

Just a correction: "He loves you, It's a fact NOTHING can change"

ok, now I see I've made a lot of gramatical mistakes. Sorry, the important is the message.

Hmmm...I think I also know how U feel. God says."I have loved you with an everlasting love". He also says that you are honoured and that He loves you. No matter what you're going through,Abby..never forget that. For me,(sometimes, weneva I find myself feeling unloved by Jesus),..remembering that Jesus got beaten, insulted, whipped and nailed 2 the cross (with those who crucified Him treading on the puddle of Blood that dripped from His wounded body, the very blood that redeemed US) is good enough for me!
And that's when I rub it in the enemy's face tellin him that he should better run and get outta my head because I know that JESUS LOVES ME AND THAT SETTLES IT!

Abby,
Do you belong to a church? I know it's hard to feel loved on a forum, it's not the same as human contact. I've gone through periods of my life feeling what you're describing, have you sought counseling because you sound depressed. Please take this counsel the way its intended and not as a judgement against you, you know what's going on in your life between you and God, but I have a few questions. Scripture advises that we examine ourselves. Do you see fruit in your life that would show that you're growing in your faith? What is your conversion story, does it reflect repentance as in turning from your sin and placing your faith in Jesus Christ? Have you been reading God's Word? It can be a comfort when we're feeling down. If you can answer yes to these basic questions then I would encourage you to not reflect on your relationship with God as a matter of performance. He sent His Son to die for us while we were yet sinners, we didn't earn it. Should we be growing in holiness? Yes, but God doesn't love us more or less based on how much we've read His Word today or how many times we've stumbled. We are covered by the blood of the Lamb which is what God sees when He looks at us. I will be praying for you Abby that God will send Godly friends to encourage and comfort you.
