what an honest and humbling request. I ask the Lord daily for this, and God is pretty awesome in how he works. He does not give us patience HE TEACHES US PATIENCE. I know i've been trying to do certain things like drive on the right side on the lane or taking my time in responding to people so that I do not overreact or shout. Have faith God is teaching you patience

I just prayed for His patience yesterday 
Have faith that its on. I mentally visualize and then say " I put on your patience" as if its a robe that covers all of me. Try that!

I think everyone has a learning disability in some regard; the alcoholic that can't say no to a cold one, the workaholic that neglects his family's emotional needs, etc.
Praying for you to learn how to manage any shortcomings you are not content with, and that you would find peace in the Lord.
