Have you ever been really depressed about a break up, or about a relationship that could've been but something happened and it just didn't work? Have you ever turned your iTunes, iPod or MP3 player on and listened to random music... and some how... they hit ALL the WORST possible songs for your mood...

Yeah that's been happening to me a lot... especially tonight! I think I pressed the "Skip" button 30+ times...

In your itunes under file you'll see something called 'Create Playlist'.
Click on it and give it a name ie exercise music, Loud worship music/slow worship music, Dance music, Female artists etc
While your brousing your itunes if you see a song you like thats encouraging right click on it and click on 'Add to playlist' you can make tons of playlists that you can play shuffle on while knowing that you'll enjoy the music.

Hope that helps :)

Best album Ive heard recently that I rechon would pep anyone up after a break up is 'Simply Nothing' by Shawn McDonald

I LOVE that CD! It is really uplifting.

After hearing a song from Red called "The Best Is Yet To Come" I decided to make a happy playlist... haha!
