Response:
Last night, I met up with my roomy for a bite to eat and looking for a witness opportunity. Praise God, in this case, it worked out. There is younger man who God placed on my heart earlier in the summer and only last night did I get to sit down with him.

Now, normally, guys are skeptical or distracted to be talking about Jesus. Well, our friend literally jumped right in and started asking questions about how to point someone to God? Can a good person go to hell? Who is Paul? And he shared his thoughts on what he understands or does not understand about God or the Bible. Thankfully, my roomy was a professional in listening and guiding him to key scripture points. And after some time of each of us listening to one another, we prayed and headed out.

It turns out, though, that my friend (not my roomy) needed a ride to his place. This allowed me to hear more of his story and for us to relate better, until he finally headed in. Perhaps what strikes me most is how child-like his faith and how adult-like his hunger for the Word of God seems to be.

Praise God! It humbles me to see such transparency and desire for the truth.
I pray God will continue to work in that man's life, regardless of my involvement.
As great as his faith is already, I can't wait to hear him acknowledge how God has grown it.

People met: "J" and Alison (I think)

Closing Notes:
My roomy and he are going to try to meet up real soon for a simple bible study.
Again, praise God! Oh, Alison was the waitress who hopefully heard my roomy's advice.
