Do you know the word horama? That is what Jesus called the transfiguration: a spiritual (supernatural) vision.
Y'all act like Peter thinking Moses and Elijah were actually there.
And where exactly do you think Moses had been hanging out with Jesus? In heaven?
Jesus said in John 3 v 13, "No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven—the Son of Man."
I always understood that when a Christian dies, their body is laid to rest and the soul or spirit goes to God. "Absent from the body, present with the Lord" - not in soul sleep.
Just because the transfiguration was a vision doesn't mean that the real Moses was asleep - not his soul or spirit anyway, just his physical body. I mean, he was represented as being fully conscious and talking to the Lord Jesus as if they see each other all the time. Not hugging each other and saying I've missed you so much. lol! Why would they represent him as conscious unless he was indeed conscious and with God? If the reality was that his soul or spirit were asleep and not conscious, wouldn't they have represented Moses as such? I don't think so.
In terms of John 3:13, you have a real bad habit of isolating verses that changes the original meaning of the verse away from the passage it belongs to.
This is John 3:13 -
13 No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven—the Son of Man.
If you isolate it, it sounds like no one else has ever gone into heaven, just the Lord Jesus.
But PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE PASSAGE it comes from:
John 3:5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. 6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. 7 You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’ 8 The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”
9 “How can this be?” Nicodemus asked.
10 “You are Israel’s teacher,” said Jesus, “and do you not understand these things? 11 Very truly I tell you, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, but still you people do not accept our testimony. 12 I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe; how then will you believe if I speak of heavenly things? 13 No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven—the Son of Man. 14 Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, 15 that everyone who believes may have eternal life in him.”
I highlighted in orange what the Lord Jesus was referring to when He said John 3:13. He's talking about who can speak on heavenly things - no one who has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven - the Son of Man, is only one that can speak on such heavenly things.
It doesn't say that no one else's soul or spirit can go to heaven. Jeez...
