If the pride comes, run off toward the lowliness!
• “Pride comes, then shame comes; but with the lowly is wisdom.” (Pro 11:2).

• “But He was silent and answered nothing. Again the high priest asked Him, saying to Him, Are you the Christ, the son of the Blessed? And Jesus said, I AM! And you will see the Son of Man sitting on the right hand of power and coming in the clouds of the heaven.” (Mar 14:61,62)
See that, in all of these cases, Jesus didn’t dissemble who He is. Therefore, humbleness is to recognize who we are, live and assert this, but always emptying of ourselves (our thoughts, feelings, desires and plans) so that we can be complete in Jesus (Colossians 2:10). Or, thinking in other manner: we need to ditch our corrupted self, take Jesus and His Word inside us and show this all around the world (Matthew 5:14-16; Philippians 2:14-16), that is to say, manifest who we really are and for what we were created.
