If you did have a soulmate, what would they be like?


What would their personality be like? (quiet / talkative / go-getter / easygoing / conservative / outspoken / etc..)

What would their interests be (besides God)?

What would they look like? (hair, eyes, how they dress, etc..)

What issues would they be passionately for or against?

How old would they be?

Would you write them off if they had kids?

Oh my....so many questions.

First of all-he needs to be my best friend and only thn my lover-> 2in1 :)
Christian.
He can have kids. I don't mind.
He has to be smarter thn me-that way i can learn some thngs from him.
He should be very active and interesting.
It doesn't matter what color his eyes, hair or skin is-as long as i am attracted to him. :)
He has to know how to cook (that would be perfect) :D Since i don't like to cook.
Anyway- > good man, great heart.

How old would they be? hmmm between 24-35 ideally, but exceptions could be made

Where would they like to go on dates, family outings? Concerts, bars, festivals, parties, movies, camping, restaurants, home cooked meals, sporting events

How would they show their romantic side to you? I'm more of a love language of touch so holding hands, kissing, hugs, also making something delicious for dinner, with a nice wine, followed by a good movie.

What would their interests be (besides God)? Music, books, the outdoors

What would they look like? (hair, eyes, how they dress, etc..) I tend to be more attracted to guys with dark hair, laughing eyes (color not important), who dress in a way that's comfortable, but shows they put some thought into it.

What issues would they be passionately for or against? Being passionate about the Lord is a given. Being passionate about political issues would be okay, but it would be more important to me that he be passionate about injustice and compassionate toward those who can't fight/care for themselves.

How old would they be? Probably somewhere between 35 and 50.

Would you write them off if they had kids? No, kids are fine.

Where would they like to go on dates, family outings? Air shows, car shows, shooting ranges, movies, hiking, biking, fishing...

How would they show their romantic side to you? Mostly through music I would think, since that is what touches me most. Doing little thoughtful things or leaving notes in unexpected places is pretty cool too.

They'd at least have to have a neck.
Weight isn't that big an issue.
But I do prefer someone at least having a neck.
Taller or shorter doesn't matter.

They must be for gun ownership.


How old would they be?
Preferably old enough that we could cross state borders without me getting arrested, and under 45.

Would you write them off if they had kids?
If they had many kids from many baby daddies, most likely I would. I don't want to be the next baby daddy, in an ongoing string of baby daddies.

Parks. Movies.
Not fine dining establishments.

How would they show their romantic side to you?
Like I can talk about that on a G rated site.
I don't think it's the woman's job to be "romantic". That's the guys job.

I would want someone that is somewhat conservative..and talkative..at least enough to engage in a conversation..
I would like to have someone who just could have fun, not necessarily do all the things i do..but someone who can appreciate things like grilling, maybe go out and play paintball(long shot i know), etc..
I would like someone who is curvy, voluptuous..good skin, hair, eh..short or long..doesnt matter..straight or poofy..its ok w me..dark hair(i am a softy for brunettes)
I would want to have someone theologically similar to me, and have similar views on things like politics, and social issues with me..
about 25-36 years old would be good i guess,..kids? I dunno..i dunno about that, in all honesty..
dates,hmm..i dunno..anything from starbucks to a museum..or a park..something fun..even if it was bowling..just something fun..
i would want someone who is ok with physical contact and i guess words of affirmation would be great..one can never get enough encouraging words as far as i am concerned..

I honestly am ok with being single though, if this is what God wants for me..if he graces me to.
I will admit, the cutest free methodist young lady came to visit our church today.(free methodist being very similar to the church i go to, which is a wesleyan church).think her uncle and aunt are members of the church i attend..absolutely gorgeous..i was smitten.
 
They would be the opposite of me. Together we would complete each other. ;)
 
i had a soulmate, who was perfect for me...then, he betrayed me....
i was happy. i thought my prince charming had come....but then i learned there is no such thing as a soulmate! i waited my whole life for him, but he turned out to be a traitor like everyone else!!! dont say you love me if you cant even talk to me, you jerk! you gave me hope someone gave a darn about me....you are a traitor, plain and simple. i dont want you anymore!! you are dead to me! and you are a fathead for giving me hope about my crappy life! i thought i could trust Jesus.....who hurt me! dont get your hopes up, guys...there is no such thing as a soulmate. they only hurt you!
 
Sometimes quiet, sometimes talkative. Easy going.

Music, music, music. Learning, art of some sort, Do-it-yourself projects, TV.

Any color hair or eyes. Different people are attractive for different reasons to me in that respect. My height (roughly 5'8) or shorter. Takes care of herself. Good hygiene. Very natural though, as in doesn't put on a ton of makeup, or any at all, and doesn't take a long time to do her hair either. She should shave under her arms and shave her legs though, just to clarify. Not shaving is a bit too natural.. Ew. lol.
Cleanliness is a must.

Passioinate for the things of God...against those He is against.

I don't know about age. Probably at least mid 20's though because people are much more grounded then generally. Not much, if any, older than me on the other side of things.
I suppose there are always exceptions though. I certainly don't have a set number there.

I'm not sure why the kids question is included in this list...but yeah I lean towards not wanting kids although I like them.

Dates..Hmm. Well, I'm simple. Anything simple. I don't even have to go to be content. I can be content hanging around home. It's more about enjoying the person's company.
Definitely no fancy pants restaurants, etc. though. I can't stand that stuff. It's just not me.

She'd dress modestly for sure. I don't need to see what God gave you, unless we're married. I don't want you showing it to anyone else either. Dressing casually and simply would be great. T-shirt and jeans kind of girl? No problem! If she has her own perhaps quirky style, that's great too. I just don't like the type who thinks she has to be all up on fashion and buy the latest piece of clothing that costs 3 bazillion dollars then throw it out next week because it's out of style. I can't handle that.

How does she show her romantic side? Umm. I really appreciate the little things. She doesn't have to do anything grand to show her love or appreciation. It would just be natural expressions of love.

Go-getter but NOT to high strung... I'm laid back so I need someone who will keep me from getting boring but it bugs me when someone can't ever just chill

For- God, Family, friends, and much more but I'm to tired to think of them right now :) Against- abortion is the first that comes to mind because my family and I were discussing it this evening.. as long as we could agree on moral right and wrong it wouldn't matter if our opinions varied

Would you write them off if they had kids? depends... I love kids so they wouldn't be a big deal... however I personally would't marry a divorced person with former partner still living sooo... not judging them! just my belief
