Ignore function to include listed threads?

Let me say first that I fully understand if this cannot be done, it is just a thought.

Is it possible to hide not only posts, but also the threads that are listed in the forums, if they are started by the person on one's ignore list? Some of the people here do a very good job being provoking in the thread titles alone :p

lol yes I have noticed this... but it just makes it more amusing to me... and good practice on my overcoming skills haha
