Ask a liberal to define love and they usually will give you an answer that, when summed up, is basically relativism. Which is funny because a relativist can be all encompassing, he can accept all the religions of the world and all the world views, as long as they too are relativists. You see, relativism is as much isolated as the worldviews that the liberal hates, like Biblical Christianity. Ask a liberal to define hatred, which is the opposite of love and they will not. Did you know that the "hate laws" have no legal definition of hate? Their legal definition tells who you cannot hate, but does not define the word "hate" legally. They can't because of the Constitution. It's amazing to me that someone can be convicted for a word that has no legal meaning. But here we are.
I'm an American as much as America is in line with the will of God according to the Bible.

I think it's interesting also, that if you follow the history and significance of languages (Tongues) in the OT, and how it was a sign of God's judgment against Israel, and apply that to what is happening here in the U.S., there are parallels.
I know it's difficult, but don't be a tool, brother. You should know the difference in context of the discussion.
These days that would probably be considered an extreme statement, but I believe it, proclaim it, and stand by it even today. I don't think that idea would have been so foreign to the much maligned founders. Am I looking at it the wrong way? I'm thinking that I'm about 30% American these days. God first, right?

We are blessed to be born in America if we have been given health, a semblance of liberty and physical provision. We could be in much worse places and situations.
Then as believers, if I can assume you are, I agree that we should identify with the kingdom of God before our earthly kingdom. The leadership is also not a personal representative of mine: However, I am to be a physical and spiritual representative of our King, an ambassador during my stay.
