God inspired some by the Holy Spirit to write His words. Has nothing to do with being busy or anything else. God is never busy. He also has nothing to prove to any of us. God is what He is. It's like me for instance (I write poetry) so let's say I have a friend of mine write it for me as I'm guiding her. My reason for that could be anything. It could be for her to get the experience and testimony I through writing.
There are many questions were going to have whether a new Christian or an old one. And most of them aren't necessary for us to know the answer to. We as Christians need to focus on the most important relevant ones. Why God chose green for grass?, or why we have 2 lungs bu one heart and brain? Etc. we don't need to know the answers we just want to know because it's our curious nature. And sometimes that can delay our growth in Christ and waste our time.
