In the Old Testament, which person of God is "Lord"?

I have spent most of my time reading the New Testament and now am starting to read the Old Testament. I am curious if the "Lord" that spoke to Moses was Lord Jesus or God the Father?
For Example in Leviticus 1-2,

1 The Lord called to Moses and spoke to him from the tent of meeting. He said,2 “Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘When anyone among you brings an offering to the Lord, bring as your offering an animal from either the herd or the flock.

Who is speaking to Moses?
