Such a question may appear heretical so let me be clear about my position: Christ Jesus is the eternal God and Savior. He is Lord over all creation and the only Begotten of the Father. There is no heretical wiggle room in that statement, in my opinion.

Any example given must be supported by scripture. Like this one:

Jesus the man was one human being who occupied one place at one time. Christ Jesus the Risen Savior is a Spirit Man whose Body, His flesh and His bones, is comprised of the saints who receive Him as savior and Lord.

"12 For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ. 13For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink into one Spirit. 14For in fact the body is not one member but many."

"18 But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased. 19And if they were all one member, where would the body be? 20But now indeed there are many members, yet one body."

Another example may be that Jesus the man was born and then died whereas Christ Jesus has no beginning or end because He is eternal.

This example may take an extensive scriptural study to ferret out the proof. Consider that the Spirit in Jesus the man was eternal but His flesh was not. Although, for the benefit of the spiritually blind and deaf, Jesus was born according to the prophecies: from the line of Abraham and David. It was not His flesh that made Him King of kings but His Spirit. This reality: Jesus as Christ, was realized upon His resurrection. His resurrection showed He was King over the whole earth and ruler over Death itself - whereas Death had been the ruler over all men until Christ appeared to men.
