Did Cobb get back to reality?

I'm very confused lol.
 
They all made it back to reality; the confusing part is how the 4th dream state works, which is where the chinese guy got lost (since they put him under instead of letting him die in the 3rd state).
 
Are you sure? We never see how Cobb and Saito get out of limbo, though?
 
Cobb requests Saito to come out of limbo with him at the end of the movie, when he's an old man, any sense of timing as to when to 'wake up' seems to be thrown out the window at this point, ending scenes can still be youtubed. I can't remember how Cobb finishes with his ex-wife though.
