I have this, but I've been giving up on myself.
Please tell me that people are working to inform others about the times.

Most people are in the process of self-destructing. We must not give up who God wants us to be.

Most Christians are ignorant of who God has made us to be in Christ. And "in Christ" is the secret. If we see ourselves apart from Christ, we will despair. If we see ourselves as dead and buried, we will no longer be troubled by self. Instead, we will be looking to Jesus, who is the Author and Finisher of our faith.

God is not a doctor, prescribing a faith pill, or a love pill. He does not dole out patience or kindness like some kind of potion. No, He gives us Jesus, who is "The Life". All our needs are met in Jesus. When we see this, our struggles are over.

Most Christians are relieved that the burden of guilt is dealt with by the blood of Christ. We celebrate this in song and in our prayers of thanksgiving. "I have decided to follow Jesus...... the cross before me......" Wrong. We need to see the cross behind us. Jesus is already crucified. It really is finished. His death is my death and His resurrection mine also. We really are new creations and the old really has passed away. Look at yourself on the cross. Accept that there is no good thing in you. Thank God for ridding you of the old nature and embrace the new you. Never forget that you are nothing outside of Christ. There is no room for pride.

God does not change the old me. He puts the old me on the cross and kills me. God changes by exchange. It's new life in place of the old. What do we need to do? Nothing. It's done. Rejoice, be glad and be thankful!

Only those of have dead faith have reason to despair.
