Romans 13: 1- 14 Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God.

After looking at many of threads created in "Conspiracy & Corruption" have a question... This verse, above, in Romans states that all governing bodies have been instituted by God. This country is in a mess, we are going down the preverbal toilet, so is this Gods plan? Or is this just the natural evolution of a country? By that I mean Rome fell, Persia fell, the Carpathians fell and the list goes on...
