As a follower of Yeshua, I seek no apology from the International Olympic Committee or from Paris for it's abusive attack on Christianity. We all know that is what will happen and we rejoice and are glad.

The people who deserve a sincere apology are the athletes. These people of all nations and cultures train all their lives seeking perfection. Once every four years they come together in a spirit of brotherhood to test themselves and to celebrate that perfection, even if it is in their competitor. These are the finest motives and intents of man. True liberty, equality, and fraternity.

By turning this event into a personal political statement that does not recognize the motives of the athletes is unpardonable. The athletes are the ones who have been abuse and insulted. To them go my apologies.

yep, that is true.

though, i must say, it does tick me off when they mock the Lord, His Son Jesus, and the Bible.

but, the Bible says that this is GOING to happen, so there is that..

Oh, it ticks me off too! We know from the bible that love is not an emotion, it is action. So too, hate is what people do. Paris was an act of hate. When you hate God it doesn't ever end well.

"Let blockheads read what blockheads wrote."

Or in this case, let heathens watch a show that heathens put on display.

The Olympics has ALWAYS the most political of "non-political" activities. The only thing I regret is that we'll have to put up with it for the next couple of weeks.
