The video is of a ballistic missile impact site in Jerusalem. It's astounding that it hit only a road and not occupied buildings. There were injuries but no deaths.

Iran has destroyed most of the early warning radars in Jordan and the Gulf states, so Israelis don't get the early warnings they used to get. Iran has been sending their older and less capable missiles in order to exhaust Israel's air defense stockpiles; and it's working. That IMO is why the US is sending a 3rd carrier to the Mediterannean
These are the early warning radars. There are 2 left: one in Israel and one in Turkey, but the early warning envelope has been pushed back because of the destruction of these 3. Over a billion $$ apiece
