Tulsi Gabbard drops MAJOR bombshell shedding light on 'years-long coup' against Trump

One of the issues I have had is this whole "white hat" and "black hat" approach. I think this is not about good guys and bad guys. If you have a mafia war it is not good guys against bad guys, it is one mafia family against another. Michael Corleone was not the "good guy".

Instead I look at this as Globalists (Obama and all those with him) versus Populists (Trump and all those with him). The globalists want one world government and they can certainly come up with ten reasons why this would be a good thing. The populists support national governments and they can certainly come up with just as many reasons why this is a good thing based on the principle that "power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely". We know from the Bible that we will have one world government, so this is where we have been heading ever since 1945 when the UN was first formed. We also know that it will be the most corrupt and evil government in all of human history, so both sides of this debate are right. Yes, one world government is inevitable and if the US doesn't join they will be annihilated and yes, this one world government will be evil personified.

Were crimes committed? Definitely looks like it. But again this is justified by the criminals because of "the greater good". Just because they are all criminals does not mean that in their mind they didn't think it was for the greater good. That concept is evil. According to the Bible all authority comes from God so we do not ever justify violating the law in order to accomplish what we think is good. The exception of course is when the law violates the law of God. At that point the government is so corrupt it is fighting against God which is the one that gives them their authority. They are like a cancer.

Treason can be viewed as a cancer, whereas revolution is what we call it if the government they are revolting against is the cancer. Since Obama was president to revolt against his own government is cancer, not revolution.

Treason can be viewed as a cancer,

I'd prefer we use the real definition for treason and try accordingly. On the one hand it would be entertaining to hear in court how you've defined it. On the other hand, it would be more entertaining experiencing a solid judge tell the teller he'd give him one hour to go out and look up the definition and reform his case. Or even more entertaining to hear him say based upon the redefinition attempt, Guilty!

It would be quite a thing to see this proceed and result in a solid acquittal or guilty verdict. It would be even more a thing to see a solid guilty verdict result in the proper penalty for actual treason. If the US truly wants to be what it was intended, it may well be time for some sock and awe at Justice.

I'll believe the Trump administration will arrest Obama right after they get done arresting Hillary Clinton.

Good point, promise made, promise kept.

Seems like it is all coming down to...time will tell, somehow I think there are people who could "tell" but they are not really talking.

If you see all those people who could tell suddenly begin disappearing that would be a very good indication that it is all about to hit the fan.

Treason against the government or treason against one another that's the question. If it's the latter Trump will not commit treason against Obama any more than Biden will commit treason against Trump. Now they might have their little lovers spats from time to time but inviting everyone to look inside someones closet insures mutual destruction for all.

1.. that's not the definition of treason,
2.. it's a documented fact that Russia created entire communities of fake social media accounts to propagandize Americans to influence voting.

It was an attempt to overthrow the government -- treason

It's like watching dominoes hit one another as they all fall. Sure hope all those DOGE boy's found what they were after before all this happens and none of the other administrations made copies when they were in office.

Okay then go ahead and put Trump in prison for trying to commit sedition on January 6th.
Trump didn't. There is no evidence at all of an attempt to overthrow the government other than the pipe bomb and that is the one person the government has not arrested. But Trump held a peaceful rally at the Whitehouse, they had a permit and it was held according to the US constitution and there wasn't anything in the speech that could be reasonably interpreted as inciting a riot.

We have come to the day of reckoning.

Reckoning for what? The Russia thing happened.
I don't see how Obama committed any crime by exposing information that already documented.

Neither. Not against the government. Not against individuals except as a collective whole.

Treason is committed against the people as a nation.

Absolutely no one becomes a nations leader unless the master commander has enough evidence against them to force them to do anything he wants.

then this is a big nuthing burger, or we are about to see a whole lot of big whigs go to jail.

No this is not treason as treason is very narrowly defined, not only by the framers but by SCOTUS as well.

§2381. Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 807; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, §330016(2)(J), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.)

How narrowly defined Chief Justice Marshall in 1807 wrote the majority opinion saying thusly,

he declared that merely conspiring to "subvert by force the government of our country" was not treason. In his opinion, conspiring to levy war and actually levying war were two different offenses.

He argued that for someone to levy war against the United States, they must engage in open action "for a purpose treasonable in itself." Marshall opined that just enlisting people for a treasonous purpose did not rise to "levying war" against the United States. Therefore, that act did not amount to treason.

What crime would it be to knowingly use false information to get FISA warrant? If that's a crime, would knowing it is being done and not stopping it constitute conspiracy?
