Is it right for Christains to reject the “Feast of Tabernacles?”

Prove-all, are you referring to this scripture, Paul's exhortations to the Gentiles at Corinth?
Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. (1 Corinthians 5:8)

we use wine now instead, we do not have to physicaly kill an animal.
still only happened once a year, no more sacrifices required, he is our priest.

Every born again believer has kept the true Passover requirement when they believed. Through faith we have sacrificed Christ the Passover Lamb and have drank the wine of the Spirit and have the blood of the Lamb on the household of God to protect us from the destroying angel.
Those who have drawn near to God in this better way to approach God in worship have no need of the old less effective way Moses prescribed. We don't break the law of the old way of Passover by us not keeping it. Faith in Christ has simply made it obsolete and unneeded now. Because of what Christ has done for us there is no outstanding debt of the law of Passover remaining against us. We simply don't need to draw near to God that way anymore now that God has brought us near to him in the new and better way of faith in Christ.
Same for the Feast of Tabernacles. We're already tabernacled in Christ through the new and better way of faith in Him. So there's no outstanding requirement of law regarding the Feast of Tabernacles that remains against us that we should have to draw near to God in worship through the old way. We've already been brought near to God that way through Christ.

I personally don't see any reason why we had to quit observing the Mosaic Festivals even though they are not required by law anymore. It seems silly to invent new 'Festivals' to honor what Christ did for us when we already had the Mosaic Festivals for us to do that, lol.There are scores of New Testament scriptures that confirm the spiritual meanings of this feast. It's hard to believe that this confirmation is on hold until the millennial reign of Christ. Just skim through the posts and just read the NT scriptures for starters, and see if you agree. Anybody, not just MarcR.
But I understand that the problem was the early Catholic Church thought that 'keeping the law' itself was the error when in actuality it is keeping the law IN ORDER TO JUSTIFIED that is wrong. But I guess we just have to accept that the church was going to be overrun and ruled by power hungry, arrogant, Spiritless men. Paul warned us they were coming and that seems to be what the status quo was going to be from then until the end. Sad but true.
I agree with most of what you present. Can I ask you please skim through all the new testament scriptures that I have quoted in all my posts that give spiritual meaning of this particular feast, and then give your opinion on how it consistently points to the Gospel of Jesus Christ? This feast is a preparation for the millennial reign of Christ, and that's why I believe it is very important for the church to understand the spiritual concepts therein.
"Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old." (Matthew 13:52)
"And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new." (Leviticus 26:10)

In verse 6, Paul is addressing the sin of pride and boasting. Leaven is a figure of sin
'A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump' means A little sin makes you thoroughly sinful.
Purge out therefore the old leaven, means Stop boasting and being prideful
that ye may be a new lump means That the new nature you have in Christ may triumph over your sin nature.
as ye are unleavened means as your sins are forgiven.
For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: means Jesus is the perpetual [not once a year] sacrifice for our sins.
Therefore let us keep the feast, means As Jesus is our perpetual sacrifice let us continually guard against sin in our lives.
The entire passage is a figurative sermon on guarding against sin. We know this because the pride and boasting that Paul addresses both in verse 6, and throughout the letter is not a once a year event.
This feast (unleavened bread) is off the subject of the thread, but it is important. The gist of the feast of unleavened bread, in summary, is one that we all should, in spirit, take the time to incorporate ourselves into this seven day journey with Israel. The story given to us as the exodus, called the feast of unleavened bread, is to spiritually put ourselves in the same predicament as they were.
In essence, Israel was saved by following the Masters (Jesus Christ's) direction, and finally camping in the place where He told them to go. With that, Moses said "stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord." I am very disappointed, that in general, people are told that observing this is not important because of salvation. The reason why, is because when I have studied these things in spirit, I have found that they clearly point to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We claim it, and at the same time teach that these things in it aren't important.

I agree with you that all of the Moaday [ appointed times of Lv 23] are important and helpful in understanding the life and ministry of Jesus from a completely NT perspective. In the post you responsed to, I was defending my belief that none of the appointed times are obligatory during the Church age. I am in no way saying that they are not extremely useful in understanding many of Jesus' teachings.
I suppose we could take it or leave it, but then the question remains...
Even if they are not obligatory, is God pleased with us if we do not observe them in spirit? The other rhetorical question then would be... if He would desire us to observe these things, because His desire for us is to grow in His grace and the knowledge of Him, how can we bless Him if we tell ourselves that what He has given isn't necessary at this juncture of our journey with Him? If that be the case, are we really and truly loving Him with all of our heart? Shouldn't we do all we can to cause Him happiness by our actions?
Shouldn't we all consider His emotions toward us first before ours, concerning what He gave us to observe for our benefit? And He does have emotions you know, same as we do, because we are made in "their " (His) image, Father and Son together as One. What would cause our Master to be blessed, and what makes him less than happy?
Last rhetorical question...Where's the reciprocating love to be found in all this?
