is jesus a creature or a being?
jesus is born of a virgin, just like us, we are all born of a woman. he was flesh, and we are flesh. he died and we die also, he is resurected, so will we be resurected. his kingdom will be on earth, and so will we be on earth.he will be subject to God and so will we be straight under God, for God himself will be on earth.in the new heaven and new earth. please comment.

Jesus in the form we know him is a (sinfree) human
so, even though he is also divine God, he is flesh blood and bone like us.

also, by my opinion, a "creature" is something more along the lines of an animal, so I would never call Jesus that

Jesus Christ is One Person, a Divine and human Person, the God-man, God manifest in the flesh, the only-begotten Son of God, God the Son. He is a not a creature, or a being. He is one person. God is the Supreme Being. He is not three beings: He is One Being.
He is Three Persons. He is not one person. God is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Not three gods, but One God. Christ has died. Christ is Risen! Christ shall come again! Hosanna! Glory to God in the Highest, and on earth, peace, goodwill with those on whom He is pleased. May the Lord have mercy on all of us; in Christ Jesus: Amen.
In Erie PA USA Scott R. Harrington

The truth is that we are the same as Jesus, but Jesus has the fulness of God's attributes and the saints have partial attributes.

Jesus is the visible manifestation of the invisible God,and God was in the man Christ Jesus reconciling the world unto Himself, and manifest all His attributes to the man Christ Jesus, and in Christ dwells all the fulness of the Godhead in a human bodily manifestation, and it pleased the Father that all fulness should dwell in the man Christ Jesus, and the man Christ Jesus has the Spirit without measure.

Jesus and all the saints will have glorified bodies and have the Holy Spirit in them, and the man Christ Jesus is the fulness of God's attributes, where the saints have partial attributes.

Jesus would be a being,God Himself showing us a bodily manifestation of Himself, for how can you see the invisible God unless He represents Himself in a visible form, which He did by the man Christ Jesus, which He said if you have seen Him then you have seen the Father, and it is the Father in Him,He does the works, and the Son shall be called The everlasting Father.

I would not call God manifest in the flesh a creature, but God Himself, and to reject the Son is to reject God,because the Son is God Himself walking the earth in human form.

Guess that rules out Jesus, For he was never created. he always was.

this is why most, can not put the finger on:

coll1:15. who is the image of the invisible God,the first born of every CREATURE.

verse18. and he is the head of the body, the church:who is the BEGINNING,the first born from the dead:that in all things he might have the preeminence.

2:2. that their hearts might be comforted being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God and of the father, and of jesus christ. v.3. in whom are hid all the treasures,of wisdom and knowledge.

Yeah, And Jesus asked the father to give him the glory he had shared with the father before the world began. How could Jesus have glory with the Father if he would not yet be created for over 4000 years?

we keep on forgetting that the word of God is always speaking through Jesus.
when Jesus said ''before abraham was i am'' this was Gods word speaking through Jesus. God and his word were always together from ever lasting. the word always acts by the will of God. THEY HAVE GLORY TOGETHER. jesus is human like us; its only that he was born by the will of God, and he also was CREATED by the will of God; BY THE WORD, that makes him his first begotten son.

we are all born by the will of man. if only we have the fullness of God in us we will be like Jesus, but only jesus have never sinned; we have; so we can never achieve his standard. if we have the spirit of Jesus in us we shall be like him, we shall inherit all.
but that does not make us Jesus. same with Jesus, God GAVE HIM all power equal to Gods own power; that makes him God; but still not the father(never),and we can never be Jesus. we always be under Jesus, and Jesus will always be under God;and Gods word will always be under God also. only when GOD speaks, thats when his word will act. the word can not act by it self. I CAN NOT SAY ANYTHING TO YOU UNLESS I WANT TO.

I believe Jesus Christ is God in flesh.

As usual, many interpret scriptures in light of their preexisting beliefs. The Greek term translated as "first born", is "prototokokus", and generally means the first in order, or first in eminence or rank. The first born in the family, generally received a greater rank and inheritence. Thus, the term here doesn't mean that Jesus was born, but that he is "the first born" in terms of importance and rank, and idea that Jewish society, as well as contemporary Gentiles, would have been familiar with.

Verse 18, refers to the first fruits of the resurrection, (see 1 Cor. 15:20), which stresses the importance of considering context in scripture, which means ALL of scripture. Notice "so that He might have the preeminence", again the rank and importance of the "first born".

Verse 2:2 is a poor translation, which may be the source of some of your understanding difficulties.

It should be "knowledge of the mystery of God, namely, Christ."
("tou theou, Christou", of God, Christ).

we are all creatures, for we are created. angels are creatures too? spirit creatures.

some people who follow the William Branham/Arnold Murrays believe humans prexisted, were actually the Elohim, and duked it out with satan and the fallen angels (our fallen brothers) in "the first earth age", and that we are those spirit beings in human bodies to hopefully restore those 1/3 that followed satan in the "first earth age".

their jesus is our older brother (like bad satan) and he came first to show us the way.

crazy huh? who would believe such a thing....

when were angels created? are they the winged beast in the fifth day? the stars in the fourth day ( I read somewhere that the star that lead wisemen to Jesus was really an angel and that stars in Revelation are angels)? Or were they created before God started telling us about the world in the book of Genesis?

When were the angels created? That is a good question. Well, first of all, we know that they were created, and are not eternal, (see Psalms 148: 1-5).

We know that the angels were created by the time of the events beginning in Genesis 3: 1.

We could further infer that they were created by the end of the sixth day, since God rested from His creation at that time.

And since the angels are called the sons of God, (Job 1:6; 2:1; 38:7), and in particular:

Job 38: 4 "Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth ? Tell Me, if you have understanding, 5 Who set its measurements ? Since you know. Or who stretched the line on it? 6 "On what were its bases sunk ? Or who laid its cornerstone , 7 When the morning stars sang together And all the sons of God shouted for joy ?

It would appear from the above that since the angels were around to shout for joy when the foundation of the earth was laid, that they must have been created before that event.

What do you think?

Jeremiah 1:4-5

4Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

5Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
