Is not believing the Bible a conspiracy?

Times have changed.
Today, people no longer believe the Bible because of various factors.
I'm surprised because God has never told me to stop believing his word and to believe something else instead.

Science has changed people's beliefs probably more than anything.
Genesis can't be true because man has been around for millions of years.
Lots of verses throughout the Old Testament are no longer true because science proves them wrong.

We have misunderstood for 1500 years, or 5500 years.
Now science tells us the truth so the Bible is wrong in the way it reads.
We all have to understand that they weren't too swift back in those days, even with the Spirit of God inspiring them.
One person told me the Bible was just opinions.
And that person claimed to be born again.

One person told me this week with about 6 or 7 reasons why the Bible verse I was quoting was wrong.
And then continued to tell everyone else why they were wrong.

What does God say about all this?
Is a time to come when people will call the word of God wrong and we are all wrong believing what God tells us?
What are we to do?
Are there prophecies telling us this is wrong?

Who is wrong?
I believe the word of God.
Am I wrong?
I'm getting confused.

I love Jesus and believe He is the Son of God but when it comes to believing EVERYTHING in the Bible, I'm not sure. Idk how to logically wrap my head around Noah's Ark. Between the idea that every animal in the world fit on the boat and the world's sea creatures surviving all of that fresh water and the idea of everyone else who had boats just magically didn't survive. Idk how to logically wrap my head around the two accounts of the possessed man/men conflicting each other. I kind of have a "just don't worry about it. Just love God" attitude about it all. I would really appreciate some helpful responses in this thread.

it bothers me that we dont have any source text from the writers of the books. also the years 500 - 1000 the church had very corrupt leaders, the bible was unavailable to common people, how do we know those corrupt people didnt change anything, these are the same leaders that would not think twice about slaughtering an entire village of women and children if they suspected they didnt agree with their official doctrines.
you also have the dead sea scrolls found more than 50 years ago and yet the people are just now able to read them. when they were found Jerusalem and Rome descended on the site, took control and made sure few others saw what was discovered until they looked over everything. what did they not want people to see? many of the scrolls were lost, disintegrated when the air hit them. to our great loss.

Well, as for Noah's ark, most people can't believe it 'cuz they look at it from only a logical viewpoint. It's as if all they believe God did was "shut the door" of the ark. Folks don't take into account that God was able to make all the animals get along, or He simply could have kept them all healthy while in the ark.

I look at it like this..... God is bigger than the possible "poop problem" that 8 people couldn't possibly keep up with, lol.

It is the devils job to try and make us doubt scripture. Scientist and others play a big part in this. They would have us believe that there is not way Noah and the Ark and/or most of the stories of the Bible could have happened. The truth is there is really no way they can prove it didn't happen. God can do whatever he wants to. Nothing is impossible with God.

As for Noah and the Ark. He worked on the Ark for many many years. I am not sure exactly how long, but some have said it was 100 years some say 60 to 70. Anyhow, I am sure he had time to make a very big boat... As for the animals. He just said male and female he didn't say they had to be adults so they could have all just been baby animals. And we can't actually be sure how many animals were there. I found an article about that, that is interesting.

And I think the Ark was the first boat built so there were no other life boats for the other people who didn't take heed. The Ark was it!

Many christians just pick out in the bible what they like and call the rest wrong. Dont let people confuse you for heavens sake.

It's important to realize that there's true science, and then there is pseudo-science. And also likewise with the type of Bible teaching out there; there are some preaching the true Word of God in The Bible, and then there are some preaching a pseudo version.

Many people today look upon publications like National Geographic and have a lot of respect for such a publication. I'll admit, they've got great... photographers they contract. But I've read enough of their articles, which often point to belief in Christianity and The Bible as a joke, that's enough to know they're doing some conditioning on the side. Their articles on the theory of Ice Ages looks spectacular, great art graphic illustrations and such appeal to the emotions, just on that alone some will believe those theories. But in reality, they are just theories, and they still do not explain how the woolly mammoth was instantly frozen in ice in the Arctic still with undigested vegetation in its mouth and stomach.

Would you ever see National Geographic covering some of the subjects of early visitors to ancient America, like the Egyptians, Phoenicians, Greeks, and Romans before Christ? Not likely, since National Geographic supports the Harvard school of mainstream evolution. Yet there's archaeological evidence right here in the Americas to show the ancients visited here. Just like the old saying, the victors get to write the history. Same in the world of education, those who control the majority of funds for education also control what is and what isn't taught to the public. Same with the publishing houses.

I used to think the Smithsonian was a reputable institution. Then I found out about how in reality it has been a black hole in regards to dumping/hiding/destroying archaeological finds, some of which was discovered in the USA. Check that out and don't take any bodies word for it, least of all mine...but I am quite satisfied their were giants just as the scriptures describe.

Evolution is a lie and many know it yet continue in it because it's their job. I guess we all justify what we think we have to do to survive~then again truth matters to a few at all costs.

Nothing happens by accident. We are all tested. Even that tells me there is a Creator and His Word is true..some folks want a god they can understand I know that He is way beyond human understanding...just take a step back and really look at all He has created! It is marvelous. Perhaps this documentary will speak to you as it does me.

smithsonian is kinda like US version of the vatican archives. and yes both places are hiding lots of knowledge about our past.

Well to be fair, Genesis 6 tells you all you need to know regarding the flood . By the way, the sea creatures probably survived the flood since they can swim .

The bible here says 2 of every sort which in some bibles says "Kind"
The bible doesn't say every animal, it says 2 of every "sort/kind" male and female. In a basic explanation, you have two canines male and female, 2 felines male and female etc and so forth. For the clean animals, Noah took 7 of each "sort/kind." It wouldn't be every animal in the world. From two canines, maybe wolves.., we have all of the dog species that are on the earth today. Same as with two felines, all of the cat species.

We then measure out the dimensions of Noah's ark as 300 cubits x 50 cubits x 30 cubits we come to the realization that this ark is pretty large, probably larger than a football field. It has more than enough space to house 2 animals of each "kind" on the earth and 7 of every clean animals. We measure a cubit And for the really large animals... why wouldn't God have sent the young animals which are smaller?

But it is not a blind faith. some points that were made in the posting above are opinionated and have not been clearly proven.
So suggest that the misunderstanding of the past 1500 to 5500 years and that in some what science tells us the truth is not true. The problem is people want to go their own way and God says this is the way we are to go. man doesn't want to do that. God word is inspired if one holds to that and if one does, then we cannot dismiss the context of the Bible.
Let God be true and every man a lier. God has placed HIS word above HIS name . HIS word has never failed. And science has proven more of what the Bible has said than not.

God said HE would not make you a shamed for putting your faith in HIM. The God of the Bible is real and HIS word is to be trusted.

many do not even know the word of God because if they did they would not have the understanding and say (if their christian ) "the bible is just an opinion" .

For me it is settled Jesus saved me His word is true and I cannot deny HIS word, His existence, nor HIS power.

I don't think it's a conspiracy this is the definition of a conspiracy a secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful. it comes down to belief or unbelief not conspiracy and also yes there are parts of the bible that makes one question maybe even doubt but in the same way we do this with God don't we? we don't fully trust and all the time do we? we sometimes ask why we sometimes feel less than happy or trusting about what is going in our lives and do not always fully believe his words especially in hard times.
