Hello ladybug nice to hear you. Catholic believe pope is infallible in moral and dogma. He is so powerful and has the authority to issue a rule that is as powerful as a law, remember they believe he represent Jesus on earth

the dictionary definition is A papal bull is a type of public decree, letters patent, or charter issued by a pope of the Roman Catholic Church. It is named after the leaden seal (bulla) that was traditionally appended to the end in order to authenticate it.
Incorrect. He is supposed to be infallible when speaking ex cathedra! Happens extremely infrequently.

Muhammad was a sex addict. He married more women than he allowed others. He was desperate to have a son. Medical personnel looking at his description of his condition believe he had problems causing a low sperm count along with his seizures.

Couldn't happen here currently. Progressives are pushing to restrict our freedom of speech. Their problem is they have been crushed in recent elections.
yep I listen on YouTube this ex imam say on the court, a lot of moslem imam also insult Christian, why no body arrest them. What he tell the taxi driver that mohammad had 23 wife is in the hadis, hadis the story and teaching of mohammad, similar to an act in the Bible, quran is direct revelation from Allah, both are holy book for Islam.

Well, in my opinion, they worship Mother Mary, which I believe is wrong. God is not respecter of people. She was a clay vessel used in God's redemptive plan of salvation. She is most likely in the presence of God. She should NOT be worshipped as one who has divine abilities. Christ glorified John the Baptist when comparing him to his purpose on Earth, but he goes on to clarify that he is equal to the least in Heaven. John had it right when he stated "He (Christ) must increase, but I must decrease." I am sure that Mother Mary would be offended if she knew they worshipped her for anything. She is dust and she is probably in heaven and doesn't hear any prayers or requests, no matter how many times it's chanted.
There is absolutely nothing I've seen in my Bible that mentions anything about Purgatory. So that is false doctrine.
They glorify a man as their leader to be "Holier than thou" which again, God is not a respecter of persons.
They seem to be very ritualistic in their worship, and they bring an idol into the house of God every single time they attend (Rosary).
They call the priest "Father" when Christ plainly says not to. The clergy dress to stand out in the congregation. There's probably more, but I know enough that they error in the truth in the Gospel. I can not judge if it deemed wicked or not in the eyes of the Lord because I've done A LOT of messed up stuff in my faith, and I know that I love God as much as I I'm perfectly can.

And is getting more and more infrequent. But the fundamental concept is TOTALLY UNSCRIPTURAL.

Only God can speak with infallibility, not a Socialist pretender.

Ex cathedra is a Latin phrase, meaning not "from the cathedral," but "from the chair." The phrase does have religious origins though: it was originally applied to decisions made by Popes from their thrones. According to Roman Catholic doctrine, a Pope speaking ex cathedra on issues of faith or morals is infallible. In general use, the phrase has come to be used with regard to statements made by people in positions of authority, and it is often used ironically to describe someone speaking with overbearing or unwarranted self-certainty.

I believe ex cathedra mean in position.

so if pope teach on his position as a pope. Never make mistake, Or infallible. if he at his mom house, talk to his brother or his nephew is not ex cathedra, but if he preach on the church, it is ex cathedra, because he is on duty as a pope.

There are only two ex cathedra dogmas, and they both concern Mary: her supposed immaculate conception, and her supposed bodily assumption to heaven. The Roman Catholic church teaches that Mary was born without the stain of original sin that is passed to everyone from Adam. Their belief that she led a sinless life dovetails with their belief that she neither had to pay the wages of sin, which is death. Much of their Mariology stems from these dogmas concerning her :(

Roman Catholic scholars acknowledge that the immaculate conception doctrine is not explicitly revealed in Scripture. The Catholic Encyclopedia admits, "No direct or categorical and stringent proof of the dogma can be brought forward from Scripture."

The Catholic Catechism refers to Luke 1:28 for scriptural support. But "full of grace" cannot possibly mean conceived without sin, because the very same word is used in Ephesians 1:6 referring to ALL believers. Certainly nobody would argue that ALL Christians are conceived without sin. (Psalm 51:5)

Contrary to the Roman Catholic teaching of the immaculate conception, Scripture plainly teaches that all of Adam's descendents share his sinful nature: "Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned" (Romans 5:12). Therefore all Adam's children need a Savior. Mary herself, said that she rejoices in God "my Savior" (Luke 1:47). Evidently she did not believe in the immaculate conception.

So ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23) including Mary, who rejoiced in God her SAVIOR (Luke 1:47).

The Difference Between Catholicism and Christianity

Question: What is the difference between Catholicism and Biblical Christianity?

Answer: Catholicism and Biblical Christianity are divergent religions. They are built on different foundations, and they propose different ways of salvation.

In principle, Christianity is built solely on the Holy Scriptures, the written Word of God. The Bible is our only infallible rule of faith, being sufficient to give us the sure knowledge of the Gospel for our salvation and holiness.

Roman Catholicism demands submission of the intellect and will to the doctrines taught by the Roman magisterium (the Pope and bishops). It is claimed that the Catholic Church derives its doctrines from the "sacred deposit" found in Scriptures and Sacred Tradition. However the faithful cannot verify these doctrines by referring to the original sources. The Scriptures are inaccessible because only the magisterium is able to establish the authentic meaning. Similarly the contents of Sacred Tradition can only be known through the magisterium. Roman Catholicism is mental and spiritual slavery to the Vatican.

As expected, since the foundations are different, so also are the edifices built upon them. Christianity stands on the Gospel of God's sovereign grace. In love, God predestines His chosen ones to be adopted as sons through Jesus Christ, their sole mediator. The Son became man and gave His life as a ransom to secure their freedom from sin. Being dead in sin, they are completely unable to convert ourselves or merit God's favour. Therefore God graciously grants His people repentance and faith to turn to Him and trust in Christ Jesus for salvation. Believers are accepted in Christ, solely on the merit of His righteousness and blood, and not because of any goodness or human merit. God also resides in His people by the Holy Spirit, enabling them to obey and glorify the Father, and to guarantee their inheritance in heaven forever.

Rome's "gospel" is not good news at all. The Roman institution, calling itself "The Church", usurps Christ's mediatorial office, proclaiming herself as the "sacrament of salvation." The "Church" dispenses salvation to her faithful in small portions, starting at baptism and continuing throughout life. Forgiveness can only be obtained through the sacrament of penance. The benefits of Christ's sacrifice are accessible through the sacrifice of the Mass. Instead of teaching the faithful to rest in Christ by faith, Catholics are taught to perform religious works to "merit grace" and to do penance to make satisfaction. Even after death, Catholics remains dependent on the "Church" to relieve their suffering in Purgatory by masses and indulgences.

The Roman Catholic Church is a mighty obstacle to anyone seeking salvation, enslaving millions of people to a religious system and preventing them from coming directly to Christ.

The choice is between the Bible and the Roman magisterium; the choice is between salvation by grace through faith in Christ, or through human merit and effort in the Roman religion.

Yes, Papal letters were given as special that guaranteed less time spent in purgatory suffering for the sins that they say Christ's grace fell short of. Sort of like combat pay. Just like in the selling of indulgences ($$$$) making it worth the effort.

Thefifteenth century reformation is a carbon copy of the first centuryreformation. Same mind set as an apostate Jew (a false zeal for knowing God ) this was according to what was called a "law of the fathers" or what Catholic call apostolical succession. Therefore usurping the authority of the Holy Spirit giving it to men .By commandments of men as oral traditions of men

Because they walked by sight as if the kingdom did come by observation thinking we do wrestle flesh and blood as that seen. Letters were give given to kill the misperceived competition. (out of sight out of mind) showing the father of lies is a murderer from the beginning .His goal kill the Christians again out of sight out of mind

Saul before his conversion as Paulcarried out the letters of approval according to the false zeal for knowing Christ.

Acts 9:1-3 King James Version (KJV) And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest, And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem. And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:

More details in chapter 22

Acts22:3-5 King James Version (KJV) I am verily a man which am a Jew, born in Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, yet brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, and taught according to the perfect manner of the "law of the fathers", and was zealous toward God, as ye all are this day. And I persecuted this way unto the death, binding and delivering into prisons both men and women. As also the high priest doth bear me witness, and all the estate of the elders: from whom also I received letters unto the brethren, and went to Damascus, to bring them which were there bound unto Jerusalem, for to be punished .Acts 22:5
