can be split in categories like "salvation"

"old testament"

"new testament"

whatever subcategories, etc.
 
All those subcategories fall under the BIBLE discussion forum. No need to make other forums at all..
 
The forums are purposefully kept minimal. Adding subcategories confuses things. People can barely figure out where to post as it is. Giving them suboptions would be a nightmare.
