Is it right to look in the church for a right partner or not?
 
Well, why wouldn't it be right? I see no problem with it - as long as that's not your main priority for going to church. If you're going to church to praise God, but just happen to stumble across an interesting person, more power to you and I'd encourage you to go for it.
 
I ask God to allow me to be content in his timing. Of all of the places to meet a partner, church is the best place I can think of.
