Time is the measurement of existence. If the hologram has a beginning, then time exists and it will have an age.
In truth how does anyone really know for sure how old this earth is?? To the heathen it is what man says it is to the believer, when you become a believer, you are in year one. So, I became a true believer at age 22 I am now 70 years of earth age so really, I am only 48 believer age!! LOL People can believe as they wish my desire is to continue to grow as a believer! This is my measurement of time.
The bible never said the earth was 6000 years old. But I do wonder how you measure time and distance in a hologram.

Hologram theory is not supported by scripture. Scripture clearly speaks of material, particularly flesh.
I say the earth and universe is both 6,000 years old and billions of years old. Just as God didnt create Adam as an infant but as a mature adult man, He also created the Universe as a mature complete universe. Billions of years in a single day.

Good topic John but any way you look at this, it shows that God is in control whether everything we see is an illusion or real, God is still in control. And as Tim said, the word Revealed is important because a lot of things have not been revealed to us, similar like the incorruptible bodies which John 3:2 says it will be revealed.
So, I have no clue either how you measure time in a hologram. We now operate based on what we see or revealed to us. We see red shift and blue shift of the light and we measure how far away that is. This, gives you an approximate idea of time.

If a man can read the scriptures and fails to see Christ revealed. That man can not have Godly wisdom. Manis is just as much of a lost person as Dawkins.Prof. Dawkins doesn't possess Godly wisdom.
Science has already proven that time as we experience it, does not exist. As one approaches the speed of light time begins to slow until it stops altogether. (Some propose that if you exceed the speed of light time will begin to run backward). Light also begins to bend back upon itself. Quantum physics is also beginning to recognize that distance is an illusion as well. Wave particle theory has demonstrated that two objects can change at exactly the same instant, no matter how far apart they are. This same research now indicates there are as many as 12 dimensions in the universe, not just the 4 we live in (Length, Width, Depth and Time). We just have no receptors to sense the other 8 dimensions.

Yes, I also believe that the earth was created in a ready-to-use form. Otherwise, it would have been a barren rock-scape filled with harmful radiation. The radiation was gone, thus giving the appearance of age by use of radiometric dating. Henry Morris, author of “The Genesis Flood”, also believes this.
