It's pretty much the exact same thing. The Jews put the books in a different order, and think about the purpose a little different. There is also a little disagreement about the use of a more primitive Hebrew alphabet. Our OT is a translation of the Jewish Scriptures.
So, at the level of most Christians, no difference. At the level of Scripture scholars, minor differences worth discussing.

the Torah, psalms, proverbs (ketuvim) , prophets (navi) make up a book called the Tanukh which is basically our OT but with the books in a different order.

However some Jewish sects also accept oral traditions and other writings as "scriptures" that Jesus taught AGAINST.
