Are we really talking about cheese here? And are you sure you want all the different types of cheese? There's stinky cheeses and soft spreadable cheeses and hard crumbly cheeses. I'm mostly an aged gouda and cheddar girl myself and I can't stand the blues. But um, are we really talking about cheese?

A couple weeks ago I spent 50 bucks on cheese at aldi. And when it is 2.49 and 2.99 a block, that's really quite a lot of cheese.

I have plenty of cheese right now, yes.

I think that I shall never see
A better cheese than that called brie
Some prefer the taste of bleu
(My boss is nuts for port du salut)
Many folks I know will swear
The tops in cheese is camembert
To each his own, but as for me
I'd rather have a creamy brie

You guys are funny. Sometimes you can stuff cheese in your back pocket and save it for later
I think I'll wait until winter to try that. Right now it's possible to stuff cheese in my back pocket and end up with a mushy grease spot on my rear.

Blue cheese is amazing on pizza and lightly pan-fried goat cheese is on another level. Honestly, I'll eat just about any cheese. Right now I've got some Edam in the fridge a safe and reliable choice.

The only "cheese" I never want to see or go anywhere near is sissy cheese 😅 It's not sold in stores, thankfully.

Blue cheese is my fav. Love blue cheese on a hamburger! Never had it on pizza. I got to try that. Any suggestions on how much and with what else on it?

My fav omelette is fetta cheese omelette. I've only accidentally had it fry on a pan. Of course all cheese pan-fried brown is delicious. I got to try a hunk of goat cheese.

I never heard of Edam. Or sissy cheese... but yeah, bland cheese seems like a waste. I go for extra sharp cheddar.
