Is US looking to broaden the war in Syria?

Another "red line"? He won't enforce this one, either. Don't get your knickers in a bunch, ISIT. Obama ain't doin' nothin' to no terrorists. Or their supporters. Or the clients of their supporters.

No, I don't believe it's a red line deal, it's more like trying to kill 2 birds with one stone deal. While we are over there dropping bombs on ISIS, might as well drop a few on the Assad regime. The US has been wanting to do this ever since the chemical weapons "red line"; but they backed down because another war was frowned upon by US citizens and Russia.

Now that the US has pumped it's citizens into another war frenzy on "terrorists" they will now do what they wanted to do before to Assad and his regime, and also with UN backing. Question is, how will Russia respond if the U.S starts bombing Assad's forces?

Doubtful. He won't even approve the arming of rebels in Syria or Ukraine. That doesn't cost us anywhere near the cost of the bombing campaign, and he won't do it. His reluctance to harm Islamic terrorists is really, really strange. Makes not sense at all, based on what we "know."
 
O won't touch Assad, it would incur the anger of Iran with which he has a sweetheart nuclear deal in the making.

He might go play a round of golf or something......maybe have Al Sharpon over for a beer or bowling in the White House basement night or something......maybe throw a press conference and tell us how bad it is that the peanut crop is going to be down a few percent this coming year or something.......!
