Yet another sad, but blatant attempt to keep people from pro-creating, thus lessening the number of people in the world that will be depopulated very soon. :/

The genital mutilation doesn't remove a woman's ability to procreate, just removes the likelihood that sexual activity will bring any physical pleasure. When compared to western cultures, middle eastern countries reproduce at a considerably higher rate.
