was recently and still am studying islamic end time scriptures in comparison with the christian end time scriptures and it really has convinced me that islam is the religion of the beast.
Quran (4:74) - "Let those fight in the way of Allah who sell the life of this world for the other. Whoso fighteth in the way of Allah, be he slain or be he victorious, on him We shall bestow a vast reward." ( christian martyrs in the holy war in revelation are called to lay down thier lives willingly for testimony of Jesus, a complete opposite principle, one is glory for battling well in the name of thier god, Christian is called in thier scripure, to lay down thier lives for each other, to be non violent, respectful, helpful even to non believers. christianity, leaves the free will to the person. where as islam says to "drive out, destroy, slaughter, show no mercy to ,suffer not" ect. the unbelievers, but to force the choice= belief, or persecution perfectly acceptable by the way even commanded at times in islam beheadings. where as christianity =
revelation 20:4 "I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years." and also rev. 13:10 "If anyone is to go into captivity, into captivity they will go. If anyone is to be killed with the sword, with the sword they will be killed." This calls for patient endurance and faithfulness on the part of God's people.
rev.14:11-13 "and the smoke of their torment will rise for ever and ever. There will be no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and its image, or for anyone who receives the mark of its name.” This calls for patient endurance on the part of the people of God who keep his commands and remain faithful to Jesus. Then I heard a voice from heaven say, “Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.”
“Yes,” says the Spirit, “they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them.”"
( remember Jesus teaches submission because of brotherly love, "turn the other cheek," is the kind of Law taught by
Jesus, dont even retaliate. give to the poor, help one anothers needs, forgive quickly one another, never take revenge, never hurt anyone, kill anyone, do the right thing, live at peace with all men and serve God actually BY Loving one another AS He clearly taught us through the gospel teachings. christianity, is peace and free will to choose good or evil. were all born with that choice.
Islam is treat each other fair, opress women, and the weak, confront and attempt to force the choice of believe, or be overtaken by force and persecution until there is only 1 religion on earth. That is the ultimate goal of islam, to dominate the freedoms of men and unite them under 1 authority. an authority, that does not even resemble the God of the Bible who gave His Only begotten Son to save the people who deserved death according to justice, to make for them a way to return to the Father of eden, the Eternal creator of Life. islams god is violent , dominate, overtake by whatever means it will honor his name. violent ancient laws and punishments, liberal death sentances, definately encourages violence if it is to advance islam done in the name of thier god, it is a glory to the purpitrator and thieg god will reward it richly.
quite plainly and very evident, islam and christianity are complete opposites with one God bieng the end of the similarities, while even the 5 books of moses are interpreted vastly different as to modern and contemporary times, or....Now a days. now this bieng said, a person can look at the islamic scriptures and not see them as overall violent, there are good actions taught in there as well and peace is encouraged, among believers. the entire premise really of the islamic religion is Jihad. creation is moving forward until thier 1 god, is supreme. then there will be peace, Jesus or "issah" will return to defeat evil, BUT muhammed is greater Jesus only will live and rule for awhile according to the islamic scriptures Then muhammed takes over to rule eternally beneath thier god. ( sound familiar yet?)
as it always does, the teaching about who Jesus is, what he has done is the answer that reveals true depth. Islam first, agrees He was born of a virgin, was a prophet and was taken bodily into heaven...the similarities end right there, as they do when you look at the overall religion. islam believes Jesus is only a messenger of thier god, they deny unequivically the resurrection, that He is the Son of God, that He was crucified as an atonement for sin. they believe he will have some honor, and those who follow him will also gain some amount of honor from thier god.
but Jesus is clearly not The Lord and King in islam, a prophet who is given a good reward is Jesus in islamic scripture. ( seem like anyone you know, how they operate? some small truth, distorted, twisted, omitted and made different so that there are appearance of roots, but no truth of fruit and in the end the whole spirit of the religion is opposite christianity, opposed to in nearly every belief, doctrine yet sharing partial details and shadows of truth. just enough to make it convincing but the Bible is clear the ways to distinguish ; Is Jesus Gods Son? was He crucified as an atonement for sin? did He raise to life on the third day? was He taken up to heaven in the presence of many witnesses?
Jesus is found in other apocolyptic versions from other religions, but never is he represented as the Word of God presents Him. The Son of God, made flesh, sacrificed for the worlds sin, to give them new life, then conquered death and rose from the grave having all authority under heaven and on earth and given them the words of eternal Life.......thats our savior and why He is worthy of Praise, thanks, honor, glory, power and wisdom and wealth and every majesty to Him who took the nails, the shame, the beatings, the stripes...who shed His blood to redeem us from death.
vastly different accounts of Jesus, who He is, what He will do when returning. according to islamic scripture, He will return, lead the muslim armies to victory, destroy the anti christ, then Jesus would get married, live forty years and die, and be buried next to muhammed. when jesus dies, then all would be resurrected to face judgement, even the angels judged by a book of deeds. A huge difference is that islam has no savior who died for sins so each person if thier bad deeds outwiegh thier good deeds will burn in hellfire. but eventually thier god would free them from torment. Jesus upon His victory over muslim enemies would then step down and give way to muhammed as the chief beneath thier god leading the world in prayer.
when examined there can be no mistake that these to faiths are opposite in nearly all ways, upon glance they have similarities, but when you look at Jesus, as in all things of life, clarity happens. if you believe the Bible, you have no choice but to recognize islam as anti christ if not the anti christ religion written of in revelation, its violence in what thier scriptures teach them to do is opposite of christian doctrine. it is offensive to muslims to believe God has a Son. that He died for the worlds sin, that He was crucified and resurrected, that He will return as king of Kings and Lord of lords to rule at Gods right hand, until he hands the kingdom over to God the Father.
The belief of Jesus as Gods only begotten Son is the foundation of christianity, it is blasphemy in islam to believe that God Has a Son. from this foundational place of difference, the entire religions go seperate ways, having appearance of similarities, but hold only vast differences in discernment. The Idea that " all religions lead to the same God " opposes the foundation and entire faith of Christianity, with Jesus the Son of God as the dividing and separating factor. He is the core of Christianity, and an offense to islam and most other religions. many acknowledge Jesus was important, but only christianity has the written word of God to keep beliefs accurate and supported truthfully, He IS who the Bible says He is all it says He is.
If a person holds to the teaching of Jesus Himself, who He is, what He taught, what He accomplished for us, the full gospel account of Jesus....then a person is clinging to the Truth of the True and only God. When the gospel is held firmly in faith, deception cannot exist, where the light shines, darkness cannot exist, where the truth is known, a lie cannot exist, where Life reigns, death cannot be. The truth is all about Jesus Christ, who He was, what he said, what He did for us, his victory over the grave, where He is now, His power and authority over all things on earth and in heaven. people hear obedience and hear " you must be perfect of God wont have you" obedience is a decision we make to surrender our will, and serve Gods from the heart, we choose Jesus Love for us, and we believe that Life is not about now but about the coming eternal ages of glory and rest.
we press on, we stumble, we even fall, but there is surely grace for those who hold to repentance, to Love God from the heart to choose Jesus as Lord and not ourselves, not the world or anyone but Jesus, sImply and justly because He died to save us from eternal death, and offers a new eternal Life to all who believe Him , learn Him and do what he is teaching them to do. He is teacher, prophet, king, and high priest as well as savior, He is Lord of all and every knee must bow in humble submission to the Lord, the Son of God, Jesus, the Christ He gave His life for that honor under God.
