Israel goes full Moloch: state-funded abortions opened up - The American Vision

What will the dispensational, pro-Israel-no-matter-what Christian-Right say now? According to Israeli mainstream news, Haaretz, God’s allegedly chosen-forever-people have just returned wholly unto passing their children through the fires of Moloch—and state-funded at that:

Israel will pay for abortions for women aged 20 to 33 regardless of circumstance starting next year, health officials said Monday, adding that they hope to make eligibilty for state funding universal in the future.

Until now, subsidized abortions for women of all ages were available in medical emergencies or in case of rape and sexual abuse. Women under the age of 20 or over 40 were also eligible for abortion funding even when the reason was personal.

I don't think Christians are necessarily pro-everything-Israel-does. They're just pro-anti-hate-Israel if that makes sense. God's set apart a People. If he wants to discipline them or punish them that's up to him. But I'm not going to attempt to get on his bad side by willingly becoming an enemy of Israel.

1 Samuel 26:8-9 Abishai said to David, “Today God has given the one who hates you into your hand. Now let me nail him to the earth with the spear, hitting him just once. I will not hit him a second time.” But David said to Abishai, “Do not destroy him. For who can put his hand out against the Lord’s chosen one and not be guilty?”

God chose Saul to be King. And God took care of Saul when he rebelled. David didn't have to lift a finger. Nor should he have. If God wants to punish Israel, that's his business. But I'm not going to be the one to execute judgment on God's chosen People.

Seriously could have fooled me......(not you personally, but Christian Zionist)

I think there's definitely a consensus amongst Christians that Israel belongs in the land, that it should be a Jewish state ruled by the biblical principle of equal opportunities for resident foreigners, and that one should not follow the example set by pagan nations and divide the land of Israel.

Joel 3:1-2 For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.

If that be Zionism, I'm all for it. But I think Zionism is more specifically defined as a return to the land and re-establishment of a Jewish nation. so it's got part of it right at least.

Reactions: Karraster

So while support-Israel-no-matter-what Christian Right types are at home decrying abortion and ObamaCare, their beloved chosen-forever people are over in the land of promise practicing and state-funding that very same thing to a degree far worse, far more liberal, far-more defiant of God, far more deserving of national judgment, far, by degree, more deserving of hellfire.

And what shall they say? Shall they dare criticize Israel? Shall they dare address her murders and blasphemies? In doing so, would they have to admit they need to preach to Gospel to them, too? After all, we are told that we need to “bless Israel.” And how is the best way to bless a blaspheming, murdering nation? Correct them? Convert them? Or to let them continue in soul-damning sin?

Cut off your hair and cast it away; raise a lamentation on the bare heights, for the LORD has rejected and forsaken the generation of his wrath. For the sons of Judah have done evil in my sight, declares the LORD. They have set their detestable things in the house that is called by my name, to defile it. And they have built the high places of Topheth, which is in the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, to burn their sons and their daughters in the fire, which I did not command, nor did it come into my mind. Therefore, behold, the days are coming, declares the LORD, when it will no more be called Topheth, or the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, but the Valley of Slaughter; for they will bury in Topheth, because there is no room elsewhere. And the dead bodies of this people will be food for the birds of the air, and for the beasts of the earth, and none will frighten them away. And I will silence in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem the voice of mirth and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, for the land shall become a waste (Jer. 7:29–34).

If this held true for Jeremiah’s day, and AD70 as well, shall God wink at it today?

Abortion law - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

abortion is largely a sin of the modern developed world in general...

of course the usual suspects will try to single out israel in particular for a sin much of the world is committing...but that is what anti semites do...fly into a rage whenever israel does something but remain much more subdued when any country that isn't populated mostly by jews does the same thing...

ya...it's antisemitic to post this.

let's talk about abortions for arabs.
syrians maybe.
okay - maybe that's over the top.

but we could talk about nuking 'em.
that's acceptable discourse.

I would make a comment on this but this thread would probably have a convenient subject change and turn into another Islam bashing saga thread as well. Stay beautiful guys. ;)

Stating the fact that all who follow the lying, thieving, murdering, child doing (per islams own writings) false prophet are antichrists is not bashing but instead telling the truth. Truth its the new hate speech! Sad isn't it?

Why not become part of the solution by coming to know the only begotten Son of Christ?
Tell us again how one who denies that Christ is the only begotten Son of God is not an antichrist. Following your false prophet will only lead to perdition.
REV 19:20And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

Abortion in Israel means killing Jews, right?

I would think that real antisemites would be cheering this announcement.

There are a lot of valid points made in reply to this article.

It is true the anti-semites will grab this news and run with it.
Those who view Israel beyond fault will ignore it.

For me it serves as a reminder that allegiance should not be blind.

The Jews in Israel still have a long way to go until they truly transition into the chosen people of eternity. Let's not let our blind allegiance lead us to believe they are of the true circumcision without Jesus.

Romans 2
28 For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh; 29 but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God.

Romans 9
6 But it is not that the word of God has taken no effect. For they are not all Israel who are of Israel, 7 nor are they all children because they are the seed of Abraham; but,

So much for the "Judeo-Christian ethic." The state funding of aborticide in the self named state of Israel is but another example of today's synagogue of Satan ("them which say they are Jews, and are not but are of the synagogue of Satan" [Rev. 2;9; 3;9]). "He is not a Jew which is one outwardly" (Rom. 2:28). These people are not, spiritually, or racially, Jews. Their own historians and geneticists admit that. For proof, do a Web search for "Khazars," the non-Israelitish people most Israelis are descended from. Their masquerade as Israel has to be one of the greatest frauds of all time. And here we are, letting our government give them cash gifts of over $3 billion annually in US foreign aid (more than we give starving nations in Africa). These gifts of ours are now subsidizing their state funded abortions. But you say, "what about Genesis 12:3" ("I will bless them that bless thee and curse him that curseth thee")? Are we to believe that God is going to curse America if we stop giving "Israel" the cash gifts it is now using to subsidize aborticide? Don't believe it.

since your promotion of the khazar myth is largely a repeat of a similar post you made on another thread...here is a link to my response to that post...

I forget you're from another country, one that upholds a liberal tradition like the rest of the world. So you may be right. When I wrote I was thinking of the USA where there is a great divide between liberal and conservative. And most of the liberals here are godless or worldly. The other half of the country is largely christian or at least thinks of themselves as such. And they don't buy into all of the liberal media propaganda about dictatorial, hateful, manipulative Israel.

Every time I hear something of that sort I automatically know the whole story remains to be told. There are doctored pictures or half truths every single time that I've investigated liberal media reports on Israel. What the media likes to do is stir up the coals of controversy by whatever means that may be accomplished while still adhering to popular opinion in order to please the masses. And most of the world is liberal and hostile toward Israel. So we hear about some rascally Palestinian hoodlums getting shot dead after only throwing a few rocks at Israelis. What you don't hear about is how that mob killed some Israelis with rocks.

So I think Christians elsewhere in the world would do well to get their news from both sides of the fence instead of relishing all of the tripe that's shoved down their throats by a worldly news outlet after they've been blind-folded by the same people they relate to. That said, I don't support all forms of abortion. And I don't support state-funded abortion. But I thought that Israel had had state-funded abortion for a good, long time. Just not to this degree. And that is unfortunate. I'm not saying do nothing. If you want to voice your concern go ahead and do it. I think Israel would be worried about one of their greatest and last allies in the world - Christians in the USA (not sure about Canada) - getting upset over one of their policies. But ultimately the decision rests with the Jewish people and with God.

huh?
where's that in scripture?
who is the Israel of God?
I'm assuming some of the Jews in Israel will accept the Gospel, thus will transition into the true chosen people.
Who are the true chosen people?

Gal 3
