This is now a favorite of mine <3

The ingredients I used
Pickled Jalapenos (You can use fresh too, I prefer pickled)
Bacon
Cheddar cheese
Cream cheese
Spring onion
Salt and Pepper

Grate the cheddar cheese. Cut the Jalapenos in half and remove the seeds. Cut up spring onion - finely.

Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, spring onion, salt and pepper. Put the mixture inside the jalapenos and wrap in bacon. Put it in the oven until the bacon is crispy :D

You could leave out the bacon completely. I enjoy the crispiness of the bacon. I cannot confirm which meat will have the same effect. You would want a thinly sliced meat with fat on it.
