Living Translation
and you say, "Good-bye and have a good day; stay warm and eat well"--but then you don't give that person any food or clothing. What good does that do?
English Standard Version
and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that?
Berean Study Bible

The Lord is the light to my path, and a lamp unto my feet, his words are the heavy duty lamps, and the one's that don't go out, the anointed Words. Go in peace, stay warm, and WELL FED., and dosn't care about his physical needs, is wrong how dwelleth the Love of God. Christ said, I was hungry, and naked, you fed me, you clothed me, what so ever you do to the least of these, the homeless, the ghetto, the smelly, and the outcasts, you've done it to me. First meet their needs, and let them feel the Love of God, for someone to say, the above, or throw a tract and bible at them, as their leaving their door, is to me, hey communist! Jesus said, "I never knew you, Oh but Lord we did this and that, Christ is all about Love and compassion, if you don't know that, YOU havn't meet Jesus.
