In Romanian literatury are 4 fundamental myths. Some myths of the Romanian literatury has Jesus Christ as central figure. The most important mith is the „Aker's myth” represented in „Master Manole” (popular literatury). 'Master Manole' is a poem. In this poem is presented a skilful builder who has to construct the most beautiful church ever seen (Church is today indenrified as Church of Curtea de Argeș). Although he is the most skilful builder, all what he construct is demolished in time of night. So he start to pray to God to help him to finish the church and he have a dream in that God tell him that he must to construct in the church's walls the first person seen in the morning. But in the morning he is suprised to see his sister Ana and is obligated to construct her in the church's walls. In the end he finish the church… There are enough clues to identify Manole as Jesus. First as Isaiah sais Jesus was also called Immanuel: 'Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.' (Isaiah 7:14). The Romanian name Manole is short version of name Emanoil which in english is Immanuel. An other clue that show us that Manole represent Christ is that he construct a church that reprezent the New Law and Ana from this poem represent Virgin Marry who is a sacrifice for the new church. Virgin Marry is eternal part of the church.

An other important Romanian literatury myth is 'Miorița' (The Little Ewe). This is an important folklore ballad. (ballad:https://en.m.wikisource.org/wiki/The_Little_Lamb). This ballad present the story of an Moldovian shepherd who learn from his little ewe that other two shepherds (Hungarian and Vrancean) wants to kill him because he is richer. When he learn about the conspiracy against him, all what he does is to tell to the ewe how he want his funeral to be. So he give to the Moldovian and Vrancean shepheard the chanse to reconsider their conspiracy.In the end of balld is presented the mother of the Moldovian shepherd asking for his son and crying. The Moldovian shepherd represent Jesus Christ because he is a pastor like Jesus and when he learn that he'll be killed he did nothig. The shepherd has the same patience as Jesus when He learn that he'll be killed. Also in ballad he ask the ewe to say to everyone after he die that he got marry. The death as mariage represent the saceifice that Jesus've done for us. Also in Romanian culture the Christian Church is the bride of Jesus. Also the way of how the mother of the shepherd act, when he learn about the his son death, is like how Virgin Marry act when his Son is crucified.

Sorry for all the grammatical mistakes. I'm not an english native speaker.

Yes, you're right. In Romanian Virgin Mary is called «Fecioara Maria» from «Mariam» (aramaic language)

«Luceafărul» – an esential hypostasis of Jesus
One of the most essential mith of Romanian literature is „The Flying Man” which is represented by Hyperion in «Luceafărul». «Luceafărul» is the great poetry of Romanian literature and is the biggest love story poem. «Luceafărul» means «The Morning Star» and is the biggest star on the sky. This poetry is writen by the great poet Mihai Eminescu. (full poetry: M i h a i E m i n e s c u --- Lucifer). The poetry is about a girl who falls in love with the Morning star. So she invoke him. When the Morning Star descend from the sky asks the girl to go with him in sky, but the girl refuse him because she think he's dead and she's not immortal. In the next night he's also refused. So He decide to go to Demiurg (name of God in greek) to ask Him to make him mortal, but he's refused. And when Hyperion (other name of the Monrning Star) is return to the girl, he sees her (now named Catalina) with an mortal boy. So when Catalina invoke again him, he answer with:
"O, what care you, fair face of clay,
If it be he or I?
Still earth shall only earth remain,
Let luck its course unfold,
And I in my own kingdom reign
Immutable and cold."

The end of poetry is a tragical one because the girl doesn't realise that the Morning Star can ascend her from a common human to immortality. Eminescu, the author of the poetry, said: "The fate of the Morning Star resembles with the genius' fate”. But everybody who study this poetry tends to belive that Hyperion is the genius. That wrong. Hyperion represent a creature. Some persons think that Hyperion is Lucifer, but others think that Hyperion is St. Michael the Archangel. But there are enought reasons to think that Hyperion is Jesus. First of them is that Hyperion is the son of Demiurg (God Father). And in the poetry Demiurg shows a disregard to human:
«You wish to be of man a son,
To be a star you scorn;
But men quick perish every one,
And men each day are born.», but that just reveals the fair nature of the Demiurg (God Father) and in antithesis, Hyperion (Jesus) has from nature an eternal love for human. So the St. John Chrysostom said: "God rules with justice in Hell, with love on the Earth and with His glory in Heaven
" So Hyperion represent Jesus who want to save the mankind from his deplorable condition. And His love is so deep that He would give His immortality to save us. But the common people never understand because he is limited.There are two types of cognition: Cognition through love and cognition through rationality. Hyperion propose to common people a cognition through love because the human is limited and can't have a cognition through rationality. That reminds us about the fall of the human from Heaven when he was tricked by the devil that if he would eat the apple he would know the good and the bad things. That type of cognition led to the fall of the human from Heaven.
