You need to study it out. There is lots of figurative language that you are taking as literal.
Before you go off on the "You don't believe the Bible" tangent you really need to consult some scholars, and church fathers, commentaries who will lead you on the right path. That is, unless you're one of those who doesn't need anyone else to help them, contrary to God's design. If so then there will be no helping you or need to continue dialog.

Since no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven then he couldn't have been talking about himself since he states in John 20:17 that he had not ascended into heaven.
