Jesus:His ministry was powerful and life changing but He did not do it to get wealth or a celebrity status. Jesus didn't ask His followers to toss handfuls of money at His feet and He never sold prayer clothes or handled poisonous snakes or told false prophecies to weak minded sheep to control and manipulate them.Jesus: What He did was healed, cast out demons, encouraged,He even provided food for the people. He treated women and children like human beings. The biggest and most selfless thing He did was to be tortured then murdered for all of humanity.
When I think about Him and all He's done it often brings tears to my eyes and makes me grateful to be one of His sheep. So I decided to start this blog just to
talk about His goodness.
Mark 8:31 And He began to teach them that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and of the chief priests and scribes and be killed and after three days rise again.
Mark 10:45 For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto but to minister and to give his life a ransom for many.

Jesus : "The Spirit of The LORD is upon me because He hath anointed me to preach ( proclaim) the gospel(the truth) to the poor.He hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind ,to set at liberty them that are bruised.
To preach the acceptable year of the Lord."
Luke 4: 18-19.
Powerful words.Jesus stated His mission as it had been prophesied in the scroll of Isaiah. He didn't come to seek His own glory..but to help all of us.
And He didn't back down or try to shirk His duties even when the adversary came against Him.
