What do you guys think about John Paul Jackson? I been listening to him a lot lately....

After a brief glance at his web site he sounds like he's using Christianity as a guise to introduce people into new age philosophy's.

authority on Christian spirituality and dream interpretation.
John Paul’s teachings have stirred and renewed passion for God among people of all ages from various faith backgrounds.
a respected and sought-after spiritual advisor

He has 'Training Seminars'.
He teaches the 'invisible friends' children have may not be evil spirit guides, but angels, so they are ok.

This guy blatantly mixes new age and twists the bible to make it look legit to Christians. Uses Christian terminology, but he clearly is not teaching the bible. I would relate him closer to Shirley McClain than anything Christian. He just hides it behind Christian terminology.

Blue lady bug....you just said you didn't no who he is...No. He's against New age philosophy. "This guy blatantly mixes new age and twists the bible to make it look legit to Christians". How do you come to this conclusion? That's 100% false.

I love that guy!!! he seem real legit :) about everything he talks about i watch him every chance i get
he reminds me of Daniel when he tells other people about what they dream mean

Woe! Not a Bible verse in sight on his web page, no matter how I looked. And making money fleecing the flock with his supposed courses and curriculums!

I'm thinking stay away from this guy. Certainly sounds like a New Age guru to me, and I was in the New Age movement before I got saved!

Blue didn't say that, i did. And i quoted you things off of his site that are highly questionable or even unbiblical. I've seen these kinds of guys before. They are easy to spot, it only takes a few seconds to figure it out. At least if you're moderately versed in the bible.

And i did say i didn't know who he was. Then i said i went and looked at his site (wasn't hard to find, just googled his name).

He's justifying spirit guides as angels, which implies coming from God. The concept of spirit guides is unbiblical and only found in occult based religions, which new age falls under. So, there's proof number one right there. Taking new age/occult teachings and telling you they are angels. When in fact spirit guides are demonic. There is no biblical backing for the idea that people are visited by angels to be their guide in life. Angels have visited people in various forms, but only for a singular purpose, not for a lifetime and not to be guides in a persons life.

He calls himself a 'spiritual adviser'. There is nothing biblical about 'spiritual advisers' and the only place you ever hear that term is in reference to religions who occult/new age foundations (tarot cards, crystal balls). Proof number 2.

He puts a heavy emphasis on dreams and visions. And while the bible does mention this, his focus is excessive and puts a unhealthy amount of focus on these things basically making dreams to always be messages from God that we have to decipher. Emphasis on dreams and figuring out what they mean is mostly based in new age teachings.

He is into dream interpretation. (90% of dream interpretation teachings come from the new age and occult movement.

And he focuses on charismatic oriented teachings, and charismatics are more easily tricked into false teachings because they are more likely to bypass the bible in the name of 'new movements/acts of God'. He even references Smith Wigglesworth, another discredit to him. Look at the Word of Faith cult movement that has spread through charismatic churches. Look at the old Brownsville revival in the past. Spread through mostly charismatic churches, teaching it was God causing people to bark, howl, grunt, crawl around like animals, shake uncontrollably, etc.. all mimicing known and established occult practices. Look at the gold dust heresy that spread through mostly charismatic churches. They are the easiest targets of false teachers. And that's where he's aimed his new age influenced teaching at.

As i said, it's a mild introduction. But it can easily lead you into more new age teachings. Start small and work your way up to something deeper. Wrap it in a package someone can buy into. Done.
Mix a little lie with a lot of truth and you can still be sent in the wrong direction. Everything i need to know about him is on his site, i don't need to go anywhere else. He is spiritually dangerous.
And i don't mean this as an insult, but judging by the many threads you've started asking questions, you seem to lack a lot of biblical foundation and knowledge to discern these deceptions.

1st. Blue lady bug liked what you said without even knowing who the guy is...
2nd you said he's highly questionable....highly questionable and evident are two differant things..
3. I don't see anywhere where it says he references "spirit guides" with Angels.
4. He's is a 100% against New age philosophy.
5. God does speak through dreams and visions and alot of time it's symbolic. He's s pent 20+ years of studying the bible and its symbolism. I don't want to spend 20+ years of trying to figure out what God is saying "now". If you know what I'm trying to say...
6. By listening to him you can clearly see he loves the Lord.
7. I wanted hear someone opinion who KNOWS who the guy is or at least familiar with him.
8. Hey, ugly did you receive the "gift of discernment",by any chance?? or do you not believe in the 9 gifts of the holy spirit? Lol

#8 is a joke cause I can bet money on it, that you don't believe in the 9 gifts of the holy spirit...
