I have two co-workers who are nothing but a thorn in my side!:) Every since I became their supervisor, they have been nothing less than defiant. I have tried to talk to them both, but they refuse to accept the fact that I am their supervisor. The sad thing about it is, is that they both "claim" the name of Christ and pretend to be believers. But to see the way that they treat me, keeps me in slient tears.

My boss, even though she knows what's going on, she is part of this problem. She won't let me really "supervise" these people and she babys' them. I guess she's afraid that they will walk off the job and we are short of workers. Still, the cold shoulders, short, curt answers and non-replies to memos, etc., has got me drained.

I know that God put me in that position, but I wasn't prepared for the trails that are coming with it. I pray alot and fast. I have seen some improvement, but most days, it's a repeat of the day before. Still, I'm holding on.

Most times at the end of a stressful day, I will come on here and find people to pray for and that ALWAYS helps me feel better!:) So, I'm off to look for people to pray for and with!

Praying for their hearts to be softened and that they will be convicted to seek making the workplace pleasant for everybody. Hang in there :)
 
I know I have said this before, but when you all pray, God listens. I'm always amazed at the timing by which God moves.
