Bernie Sanders, who pledged to legalize marijuana on his first day in office through an executive order, wants to de-schedule the drug as a controlled substance, expunge criminal records, and work to prevent the emerging industry from becoming monopolized.
Bernie Sanders said - “We have a criminal justice system that is not only broken but is racist, and has more people in jail than any country on Earth,” “And one of those reasons for that is a horrific war on drugs.”
He also said - “We’re going to effectively legalize marijuana in every state in the country,” and we’re going to provide help to the African-American, Latino, and Native American community start businesses to sell legal marijuana, so that a few corporations don’t control the legal marijuana market.”

All likely true. However, what is so very sad is to watch a man deteriorate to his dementia/Alzheimer's, and right before our eyes.
I pray for him and his family who will suffer this long after the election is over. I very much doubt Biden will finish the race.
