What we tend to forget is that God created for a purpose. His creation has a time limit. And all things created are subject to him.
I wouldn't think for a moment that God was caught by surprise at the rebellion of Lucifer nor the fall of man.
All of creation was deemed very good but not perfect. Now you have to ask yourself very good for what.
By our first parents choice we wanted to know good and evil, sorta weigh out on which way we should go.
The serpent then provoked a more appealing lie saying that we would be as gods by doing this.

In order to establish truth there has to be a counterfeit. In order to show love there has to be evil. In order to show life there needed to be death.
So which way should we go?
Jesus said he is the way, he is the truth, he is the life. Now does that scripture come more to your understanding?
Scripture also tells us that the pride of life (which covers many topics) is the worst of all offences. It lead to the rebellion and also the fall. Thinking more of yourself than you really are is endless.
The serpent uses this to lure away his prey then attacks and devours.
By one man sin (the counterfeit) entered the world.
Looking at the text it brought to mind that all the trees God planted were singular that is to say it's seed brought its own kind only.
Even the tree of life. Now we have a tree that has 2 possible fruits good and evil. Still working on that😏😏😏
I like where youre going with that "2 possible fruits". Thats interesting. I see what you meant. Kind of like the fig tree produces figs? How can a tree produce 2 fruits? Good and evil? Very good catch..

It's been on my mind for about a week now. Don't know where to go with it yet. Or is it me over thinking again lol.
Have no proof that it had 2fruits literally but it did not fit in the design of the others.

Well its the tree of knowledge of good and evil maybe? So basically gain knowledge? Adam and Eve realized they were naked. They hadnt known prior.

Well there you go ...I'm over thinking things.☺️☺️

By the way that whole naked thing imo is the beginning of pride. In other words they became aware of themselves.

well you bring up a good point with the tree of good and evil.

God makes this tree, that gives one knowledge of good and evil, and makes it forbidden to eat. So He intended for humans not to have knowledge of good and evil? Seems as if they were like robotic beings clueless as to whats going on, and satan goes and takes advantage of their ignorance.

Yet this seems all orchastrated. It seems like a well developed plan. Does not seem as if God got one up'ed by satan. After all He put the tree there in the middle of the garden. He also seen and heard the conversation between Eve and satan, as well as the conversation between Eve and Adam.. and He didnt stop them from eating the fruit. We all know God sees everything.

And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil ; Gen 3:22
As TLC209 says that we were not to have this knowledge. At least that's what the scriptures allude to.
We were to tend the garden with our help meet.
Becoming as God .....well you have to admit we are a far cry from it. In fact having this knowledge we became a victim of it.
Enslaved into it's deceitful lies and false rewards.
With this knowledge man created his own god totally going against the very design of creation bringing back the chaos God put in order.
Behold what man has done because of his greed.
Our hearts became wicked, our thoughts were to do evil, causing judgement upon ourselves.

Yeah, TLC209 has quite an imagination doesn't he, like that story of Lucifer and the fallen angels big war in heaven, but of course as written in the scriptures in is not what goes in a man but rather what comes forth from man them that reveals the nature of their spirit whether it be of truth or of error.

However, my post was regarding your quote.
The serpent then provoked a more appealing lie saying that we would be as gods by doing this.

So can I conclude from the reference to a more appealing lie you are suggesting that the serpent lied when he said that God had said that they should not eat of every tree of the garden? Or were you referring unto the statement the serpent made previously to that one in which he said "you're not going to die"? Since I am unsure which one you actually meant, I will wait til you reply before commenting further on that topic.

I never said there was a big war in heaven. Im refering to the war against principalities. If you read the bible in Daniel i think archangel Michael and Gabriel were at war against the prince of persia trying to get to Daniel? I dont recall word for word, but this is the war im referring to.

Its the spiritual war we live in. Not sure how any of this is imagination. Its all written in the bible.

So you think that Michael and Gabriel were at war against the anointed one of the LORD to protect Belteshazzar the Babylonian King?

Let's start with Belteshazzar, do you know that he was the last king of Babylonia?

Dan 1:21 And Daniel continued even unto the first year of king Cyrus.

And you know that Daniel is named Belteshazzar in the scriptures right?

Dan 4:8 But at the last Daniel came in before me, whose name was Belteshazzar, according to the name of my god, and in whom is the spirit of the holy gods: and before him I told the dream, saying,

Dan 10:1
In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a thing was revealed unto Daniel, whose name was called Belteshazzar;
So you know that Isaiah called Cyrus the anointed one of the LORD?

(See Isaiah 45:1)

I will let you respond to these since I need to go. Correct me where I am wrong, or where you view it different but if it is a spiritual war you live in, then which side are you fighting for?

Daniel 10:13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.

It says the PRINCE not KING. King Cyrus as you are reffering to as annointed of the Lord was not who resisted Gabriel and Michael. So that is two different persons. If you see at the end of that scripture it says Gabriel remained with the KINGS OF PERSIA. Would make sense that King Cyrus was on their side. So these do not contradict.

But what it shows is that it was a PRINCE of the KINGDOM of Persia who resisted them. You say this is Babylon? What Kingdom does Babylon represent? Are they against God? Would Babylon fight against Gods archangels? My conclusion would be yes. Would King Cyrus an ally and annointed of the Lord give refuge to Gods archangels? My reasoning would be yes.

Are you denying a spiritual war?

I watched online how Kenneth Copeland claims God is the biggest failure. He eludes on Adam sinning against Him. Lucifer turning against Him. A third of the angels turning against Him. And so Kenneth Copeland claims God is a failure. The "biggest" failure...

Which lead me to question this. God doesnt make mistakes so He must have intended for these things to happen. He made lucifer knowing his nature and what he would do. He also made Adam knowing he would eat the forbidden fruit. He planned all of that.

If that is correct then He cannot be a failure, because He made it so. It would be His doing for Adam to sin and Lucifer to turn against Him. This is my only logical explanation as to why God is not a failure.

Id like comments on your thoughts. Please dont attack the messenger. You can google it or search on youtube for yourselves. "Kenneth Copeland says God is the biggest failure". His words not mine.

Well this is just more proof of why the heresy saying Satan is a fallen angel of light is such a deadly heresy. If the heresy were true then this fellow's assertion would be correct.

However, since Satan is not a fallen angel, but is rather an animal this really shows that rather mankind is the failure. After all God told Man and Woman what would happen if they ate. Additionally God gave them authority over the animals. This just shows God is both wise and intelligent and just. Rather it is Woman who failed by being deceived by an animal whom she was put in charge of, and Man failed by listening to the Woman whom he was put in charge of. God is no failure, but mankind has failed pretty badly, thus the only hope for this mass of dismal failures is really the grace of God.

Ok so ir saying satan is an animal, a serpent to be exact?

So according to you, who is Lucifer and is he a fallen angel?

Btw what you say about Eve sounds like misogyny. Just saying..

I don't know to say if you are not familiar with Nebuchadnezzar or what kingdom he was the king of.

Are you denying a spiritual war?
Do you mean like how some schools are requiring the kids to pray to God three times a day while kneeling towards east? Here is an article on the issue on how the Courts are ruling in favor of mandatory prayer in public schools.

Yes, exactly.

Lucifer is just a latin word that means dawnbringer, lightbearer, or morning star (what we call today Venus). It is used a few times in the latin version of the Bible. It is most famously used in Isaiah 14 in reference to the king of Babylon, a man that made the world tremble.

What I say about Eve is true and found in the Bible both in the direct account of Genesis as well as reconfirmed by the apostle Paul in his letters.

I dont know what one political news article has anything to do in our discussion or what I asked. So im going to disregard the injuncture.

Im assuming your answer is NO as to spiritual war.

And now youre talking about King Nebachadnezzar. Are you going to respond to anything I said, or just do the politician shuffle and dance around the question to NOWHERE.

So Lucifer is a myth? Lucifer is not an angel? Nor did he fall? Is that the conclussion to your response? I want to be clear I understand what you are implying. Because it sounds UNBIBLICAL.

Yes, correct, the idea that Satan was ever an angel given a name like that is not found anywhere in the entirety of the Bible.

Isaiah 14 speaks about Lucifer and how he was cut down from heaven.

I see what you mean by satan not being mentioned as Lucifer as a name change but this does not exclude the fact about fallen angels. Lucifer is a fallen angel who was cast out, read Isaiah 14. Regardless if satan was not an angel cast out and was merely a serpent who has power and ruler of this world, how can you explain the following passage to fit your narrative:

2 Peter 2:4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

I simply asked by spiritual warfare do you mean like the issue reported in the article which recently came to my attention where public school students were required to write “There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah' as a school requirement.

assuming your answer is NO as to spiritual war.
That would be correct if the spiritual war is an imaginary one.

And now youre talking about King Nebachadnezzar. Are you going to respond to anything I said, or just do the politician shuffle and dance around the question to NOWHERE.
I did respond to your question. I said you were suggesting that Michael and Gabriel were at war with the anointed one of the LORD and I asked you a couple of questions to see if you were speaking from an historical standpoint or for the purposes of divination.
If you read the bible in Daniel i think archangel Michael and Gabriel were at war against the prince of persia trying to get to Daniel?
If you are not aware that person referred unto as the Messiah the Prince in Dan 9:25 was was by inference Cyrus who would give the order to rebuild the Temple. So when you say it said Prince of Persia and not Cyrus the King then like I said, you have an active imagination.
