Rev 11:
15 Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he shall reign for ever and ever.” 16 And the twenty-four elders who sit on their thrones before God fell on their faces and worshiped God, 17 saying,

“We give thanks to thee, Lord God Almighty, who art and who wast,
that thou hast taken thy great power and begun to reign.
18 The nations raged, but thy wrath came,
and the time for the dead to be judged,
for rewarding thy servants, the prophets and saints,
and those who fear thy name, both small and great,
and for destroying the destroyers of the earth.”

How many think the timing of the kingdom of God where this verse in found is wrong. Is it not after the seal judgements, and not before the bowl judgements, so how do you understand these scriptures.

Last sentence has a correction-should say: How many think the timing of the kingdom of God where this verse in found is wrong and out of place. Is it not after the seal judgements, and before the bowl judgements, so how do you understand these scriptures.

Tells of the kingdom of God coming around mid-tribulation time frame--verse 17.

My understanding as a post-tribber.

Revelation 11:15 "And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of Our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever."

This is the seventh and final trump and the third woe; everything happens really fast once the two witnesses rise up again…. We're talking seconds and minutes! This is when all the prophecies regarding the end of time come true. This is the seventh trump, and Jesus Christ is returning as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Revelation 11:16 "And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and woshipped God,"

Revelation 11:17 "Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned."

After verse 17, the events that are being focused upon are not necessarily in order, as I understand it.

- continued for a bit more clarity. . .

The third Woe is made up of the seven VIALS, or the last seven plagues, which are represented by the seventh trump.

Hello brother Theophilus, The two witnesses are only there for the first 3 1/2 years. Consider the fact that the lord is coming like a thief in the Day of the lord, but at the end of the tribulation every eye will see Him. Two different times.

1 Thess. 5:2For you yourselves know well that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night.

2 Thess 2 Now concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our assembling to meet him, we beg you, brethren, 2 not to be quickly shaken in mind or excited, either by spirit or by word, or by letter purporting to be from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come. 3 Let no one deceive you in any way; for that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness[a] is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God.

Matthew 24:29 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken; 30 then will appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

There is no resurrection at the end of the tribulation but the sheep/goat judgement. After the Day of the lord the only the unrighteous remain. The sheep/goat judgement is for those who survive the tribulation and enter the kingdom of God in the flesh.

The kingdom of God is already here. You are referencing the kingdom of heaven where Jesus is King ruling on David's throne in Jerusalem. The kingdom of God is a spiritual kingdom of righteousness that lives within the believer.

Omegatime, I have to disagree with you. Satan's reign lasts for forty-two months (the last half of the tribulation time). It's crucial to realize that all of the time spent dealing with Satan and his children is measured in months.

Revelation 11:3 "And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth."

The emphasis here is on the last three and a half days, which correspond to the final days before Jesus Christ's return. It's also worth noting that the church of God is still active on the planet at this time. During this final phase (the last 3 1/2 years), the two witnesses will be present for the entire one thousand two hundred and three days. God has sent these two witnesses to the planet to give witness for Him.

It's also worth noting that the two witnesses' testimony times are indicated in days. When the Antichrist's forty-two months as written in Daniel 9 are compared to the 1,260 days of the two witnesses, they are identical.

Revelation 11:4 "These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of this earth."

In Zechariah 4:3, 11, and 14, these two witnesses are the "olive trees" that are spoken of there. The "candlesticks" represent the churches, and we find in Revelation 2 and 3 that God will be pleased with only two churches at the end of this age. These are the churches of Smyrna and Philadelphia.

15 Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he shall reign for ever and ever.”
If we take this to mean that it has been said IN ANTICIPATION OF what will be established after the Second Coming of Christ, then there is no need to think it is not where it belongs. For God it is an already accomplished fact. Thus presented in the present tense, even though it is really in the future.

The kingdoms of this world will be literally destroyed when Christ comes back to earth. Only then will He establish His literal, visible, physical, spiritual Kingdom on earth. Firstly as a Millennial Kingdom, and then as an everlasting Kingdom after the New Heavens and the New Earth. Then "He shall reign forever and ever". At present though, the Kingdom of God is only spiritual and within the children of God.
