Hi everyone.. My right hip and back are acting up today. Since last week, actually. Please pray that the pain will go away so I can clean my house and do whatever else I need to do, without being hindered by pain. Also, please pray that the new stair stepper I ordered and received yesterday, will work wonders in my physical therapy for strengthening my left leg, which I lost ALOT of strength in a few years ago, when I had sciatica in it.. Thanks and your prayers are truly appreciated.. God bless.. Laughing.png

Oh you know I’ve been having similar problems recently, your stair stepper sounds
interesting.

Lord we pray for this hip and leg problem in Blue, show her the correct way to
manage this and the correct things to do. We pray any pain will go away so she
will be free to do what she wants to do and any weakness will be resolved quickly.
Amen.

When I had problems a few years ago, I got a wonder core smart as I had a trapped
nerve, within days of using it for the leg exercises, the problem just went. I really
should dig it out and have a go with it again. But yes exercise really does help.

Thanks everyone for your prayers.. So far, my stair stepper works nicely, it's just the right height that I need. The next piece of PT equipment I need to get is a stability pad to improve my balance since one leg is longer than the other I go off balance quite alot.

I’m praying, asking God to touch you with His healing hand and ease out the pain in your hip and back. May He provide help, strength and guidance for recovery in your right leg as you trust in Him.
